I weighed myself this morning and happy happy happy to report a 3lb loss since coming back from hols! Knew it was water weight! Hopefully can continue to drop until next sat when I have my 1st official weigh in in ageeeeees!

Im back on it now for xmas, too many weeks of messing around. Gotta get back in the zone!

Made a big pot of homemade soup earlier to take into work this week!
