1. Had a cracking wee afternoon snooze

2. Had a chilled out evening

3. Spent time with my mum and had a wee laugh with the pooch this afternoon

1. I've tracked everything this weekend

2. This sounds silly my tummy feels smaller, I'm
Bloated due to totm but lower down it feels smaller

3. I had another cracking afternoon snooze lol

1. I was out for dinner after work and chose the healthy option rather than a burger

2. I had a fab night out at the steps concert

3. I rememberd all the cheesy dance steps

Today has been a struggle as I have not made good food choices so struggling to find my positives

1. I have tracked what I have eaten

2. Im thinking about trying simply filling next week as I need to kick start my weight loss

3. I was looking up holidays in work tonight and excited to maybe having a week in the sun around oct time

1. I chose not to grab a takeaway on way home from work

2. 2 litres of water drunk today

3. Happy to collect my dog after work as had been staying with my mum for a few days

1. I have reached day 30

2. Got to spend time with Paul after work

3. 1.5 litres drank today

Today wasn't the best food choice wise, had proper pasta at lunch and then a burger at harvester after work.

I popped into tesco after work on way home and picked up a few tops and a cardi but now I've got them home I'm not sure about them do might take them back .... Dunno!

Day 31 positives

1. I did not have dessert when out for dinner

2. I survived another week at work

3. I realised today that I am off on annual leave next Friday that I had totally forgot about

Not a good day food wise , scone for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and chicken curry for dinner. Mega bloated and know its gonna hit hard on the scales tomorow!!

I felt soo fat tonight alongside my skinny mates, needto get a grip of this before I regain ALL of the weight I have lost!!

1. Finally hoovered out my car, full of dog hair so its smelling nice and clean now

2. Had a fab night out with my Ww friends and had a lovely meal all pointed for

3. Booked up to go to turkey for a week in October with Paul!

4. Feeling super motivated after chatting to the girls last night
