Everyone's different hun I always put weight on when I start new exercise I did when I went to the gym. It doesn't last long just the first couple of weeks while your body adapts but the difference with the shred is it steps up in intensity as soon as your body adapts which is why I think a lot of people don't lose anything. It's only water retention to protect your muscles. At the end of the day if someone said you can gain 2 pound and drop 2 dress sizes or you can lose 7 pound and stay the same size which would you pick?

The weight gain is due to muscle, your fat will burn and go if you keep at it.
Your muscle will build (which is heavier than fat)

What would you rather? The Jelly Belly, or slightly heavier tone?

I have done this workout and lost 7lb in 2 weeks, lets do it together.
 
I chickened out of starting when I said I was going to but I finally started on Sunday. I had a power cut half way through though so just stopped...I was dying at that point though. Yesterday I did it twice to make up for it...I had to make sure I had a hot bath afterwards or I'd never be able to move today lol.
So day three...only 27 more to go after this lol

I stopped doing it every day cos your supposed to have rest days or you can get injured. If your in lots of pain have a day off then pick up where you left off. I always do extra stretches I think the cool down is rubbish lol

Yeah it was abit rubbish :( its more ov a seized up pain im sure after a couple ov stretches i will b raring to go ;)
 
Day 3 complete :D:D:D
I dont think any day is necessarily to early to move up a level, its just when you feel ready. Im about to watch level 2 now to see what its like. I found last time I did the shred I was dying after the 20 mins, but today I felt alright, I felt like I'd worked out but nothing special so Im planning on moving up in a couple of days...although I may change my mind after watching it lol
 
Gonna start again today, I've done sweet fa this week.
 
I would say push through day 3, its only twenty minutes, i swear tomorrow you wont feel it, and then you will be fine.
 
You do look like a plonker with the way you walk, but I was fine on day four.x
