30 day shredders

I know, I kind of did a sidewys flop to lie down, and it takes me longer to stand up.
When Jillian says chop chop after the pushups I want to throttle her!

If you do manage it today, have a day off tomorrow!
 
Did day 5 today and started on level 2, it was hard but I'm glad I did it, I felt like I'd done a workout and felt much better once I'd showered and dressed :) Can't imagine what level 3's like, going to wait a while to have a sneaky peak, if I look now then it'll put me off for good lol
 
I did day 4 :) And I've had a look at level 2..I think I might actually try level 2 tomorrow....now thats me being brave lol. I just dont feel like I've done anything after about 5 mins, I wanna feel it after to know Im really working myself :)
 
JESUS H CHRIST. day 3 of level 2 complete. I may cry. Actually it's fractionally easier than last time I did it but I am no where near ready for level 3. I'm
Thinking of alternating level 2 with level 1. I find level 1 easy but level 2 a bit too hard and I don't want to push myself every day and I like to have rest days but I feelit won't get easier if I foot every other day and nothing in between. Oh I don't know.

Guys haven't did shred for week. Due to start day 9 level one or am i? Have I undid my effort? Feels like it. Am I best just carrying on or starting afresh?

Ouch! I know what you mean, some of the exercises I do not feel like I am doing properly.
I don't think I'll change out of Level 1 for a while.
At least until I can do a proper push up!
 
well i feel ok today?!! weird. i was rocking my neice to sleep when i got a sharp pain in my back then the pain down my leg started and it all swelled up was weird, i think i twisted funny at some point either during exercise or rocking my neice but i tok pain killers and went to bed and am totally fine today....my shins hurt though, ike shin splints. oosh its so hard on the joints and legs. i want to do a session today but think i may take it a bit easier, doing an easier session is better than doing none at all i suppose eh? oh and just to make me feel even worse it looks like totm is finally arriving. im pleased cos i have problems in that department but i also feel so swollen and achey.
 
I have been thinking about my idea to try level 2 but Im not sure if its a good idea yet...
When you guys changed up were you following anita or natalie?
I follow Anita and I use my lightest weights so Im now thinking maybe a day or two more with natalie and then a day or two with my heavier weights and then see how I feel..Is this the general idea? Or should I go up a level and use the little weights and anita?
Day 5 today :D This is the furthest Ive got without giving up :)

Hi Hun if your still following Anita on level 1 stay with it and progress to Natalie on level 1 then when that gets easier move on to Anita level 2. I moved up at day 7 but I was following Natalie those whole 7 days except the push ups. I still can't do those lol. And I'm finding it tough, i did day 4 level 2 today and I had to strictly follow Anita cos my poor knees are crying at me. I will be doing this level
Until I can do it without feeling like I'm gonna fall apart after haha. X

Well I followed Natalie and used my heavier weights today. It was pretty much like day 1 all over again. But at least I felt it again :) Hopefully another 5 days and I'll be up to level two :)

Ive not dun it today had a rest but bak on it tomoz n i had wi n gained 1lb :(

I gained a lb on Tuesday as well, had been doing it for 4 days, I'm really hoping it'll be a loss next week though.


I really wanted to stay in bed this morning but I got up to do the shred and I'm so glad I did :) feel so much better for doing it, on day 7 now. Think I'm going to start having rest days on Tuesdays (WI day)
