30 day shredders

hahaha! I hate that! Do yu do the proper push ups?
I am staying on level one! Any exercise is good for me right now xxx
 
Yeah!!! I have done 4 days of it and I had to really take it easy on day 4. My knees and elbows are really hurting from all the lunges. I followed Anita for the whole thing on day 4 I felt I had more of a work out on level 1 though I don't feel like I can push myself on level 2 cos I feel like I'll injure myself. I'm having a break again today. X

Im gunna do it this morning get it outta the way y im goin out this afternoon think i may do level 1 then try a little bit ov 2 see how i get on hehe ;)
 
Couldn't do it today, as I'm having abdominal problems :( I should be on day 8 and gutted I can't do it as I'm already seeing a difference in my shape.... might try it again later and take it easy... but I'm not too sure :/
 
Im on day 7 today :) Still gotta do it though :(
I kept putting it off yesterday and ending up doing it at 11pm because I was determined not to miss a day because I know I will just stop if I do that...
Now to force myself to do it today :( I'm just not feeling like doing anything this weekend :( Shame, but I wont give up
 
I have had a 2 day break. I just wasnt feeling like it :( but I got back to it yesterday...Can I still call yesterday day 7? Or do I have to start again?

After I had finished yesterday I looked at my arms and I have muscles!!! I have never had muscles I could flex before :) So that made me feel pretty good about myself :)
I really wish I had measured myself when I started :( I might measure myself today and then see where I am in another weeks time.

I really dont know how you lot manage on level two. I tried it and got halfway through and was so nearly dead I had to turn the DVD of and lay down for another 10 mins lol. Im really dreading it now :(
 
My back is hurting. BOO! Like a muscle or summink is caught.

Dont worry about missing days, apparently it isn't supposed to be done everyday.x
 
OH! and guess what, i've managed to open the playstation to get the dvd out...as I've been doing it from YouTube for ages!
I doubt I will complete it today, so fancy a swim later on tonight x
 
Good Luck restarting with Lv1.
I swam 20 lengths, had a spa, Sauna and Steam! Bliss!
Although havent been swimming in yonks and my back muscles are aching as they aint been used!!
Gonna do Gym for an hour, then try and get in another swim before picking up my kids.

Hopefully get back shredding tomorrow
