30 Day Squat Challenge

Finished the challenge! Wish I could go out on a high but I was teally struggling today. Had to break off 3 times, think my body is recovering from this weeks exercise. Think I might start round 2 of the challenge on monday and give my legs a bit of a break??
 
Probably a good idea. Are you going to restart from a particular day or day 1?

Im going to go back to day 1 and fix my form a bit and squat lower :)
 
Well I couldn't resist! Have restarted the challenge with 50 squats and it burned! Lol

75 deep squats this morning! A few needed breaks in between
 
I did them before bed 135! 140 tonight. I needed to take three quick breaks. My thighs actually really hurt today lol
