I'm worried that if I have a rest day I well foget to continue after! I need constant routine. I did 140 today...but was meant to do 150 oops. Will do 150 tomorrow and go from there!
110 yesterday and a well needed rest day today.my body needs a break from all this exercise so going to take it easy today but no doubt later will jump on the treadmill or bike lol
I had a rest day yesterday as I was knackered! I will do 160 today. Moving house Thursday so I'm not sure if I will find the time or even remember to do them!
130squats today.struggled through them, I really was lacking energy today and took quite a few breaks but managed to push through them. Hope I have more energy tomorrow!
