Please try and not feel defeated and give up. It could be something like you're not eating enough maybe? try and stay positive and fingers crossed you'll see a loss next week xx Fingers crossed for you xx
Your BMI is already 22.7 way lower than most on here. Bear in mind most people who reach target at a heavier BMI than this are allowed a fluctuation of 3lbs. keep going but also listen to your body. Does it need a kick start to its metabolism ? Have some good quality fats and see if that helps. Things like smoked or fresh salmon , some nuts for a hexB. syn half an avocado. (Sorry this is probably the wrong place to write this!! But...)Thank you very much for the nice messagesIv been thinking about it alot today and when i was upset last night, my dad told me i shouldnt be, as iv been going to the gym alot more and running further so he thinks it could be muscle....my C said a few weeks ago about an 'interim target'...not overly sure what this is so if anyone could explain that would be good...but she said its something like i could set that at where i am now as my target is half a stone away...im also thinking if dad is right, i may not want to go all the way to 10.5 stone as if my body tones up i may actually start to like it....
