777 WEEK - Bring it on!!!

Startin 777 today.seems do-able girls.will keep ye posted.i WI on a tues morn so i will have do 5 days.im lookin forward to seein result as was 7lbs up over xmas.will start week again on tues to see what 7dayz of 777 will do for me.gud luck every1 :)
 
Hi all,im halfway thru day 1.goin gud sofar.serious chocolate withdrawals thou :-( .this is my diary for today :
Speed/superspeed-melon,pineapple,greenbeans,onion,tinned peas,apple,more melon and pineapple ltr
Total is 8
Syns is 9
Water sofar is 3
I know once i get thfu today the withdrawals will b easier.i hopped on scale ths mornin to keep track oc myself.i KNOW i will have 7 that i put on over xmas OFF.Postive Mental Attitude every1 :)
 
I'm in :D loved doing this last time as it really gave me focus, and as I am not quite back on track yet I need something to give me some motivation
 
Thanx jodie boo.im sssooooooo bad today :-( just had a load if choc bix .was feelin down and hungry and failed.so as they say in slimming world i have drawn a line under it -------------- and will get back onto it tomorrow.will start the 777 challange on tues after my weighin.will b postin my fokddiary then.ghanx jodieboo
 
It's fine febbabe :) do you like mixed beans? I eat this daily and it really boosts the speed foods..

It has..

Red Kidney Beans, Cut Green Beans, Borlotti Beans, Haricot Beans, Red Peppers and Chick Peas in it which are all speed foods so eating just this one tin has already given you 6 speed foods :)
 
Can I just ask Jodie are those beans free as they have sugar in them? I have stayed away from them as I wasn't sure. Thanks in advance :)
 
They are nice, I subsitute them for half a tin of baked beans when I am making my speedy tomato soup.

Well, I have almost finished my first day, which has been 100% :D Although i had forgotten how frequently drinking all the water makes me want to go to the loo!
 
Thabx jodie.i put them beans in stirfrys r soup.cant wait fir tues ti get bak on 100%.gona tfy and stil b good till then.i want to get gud result tues morn at WI

Thanx nona.i dodnt dtick 100% last week.but after puttin up 7 week before i guess i ate less crap.i was dyin for ths mornins wi as i knew id get on track after.hope we sll see the lbs movin down on the scale
