Dear plank challenge, I'm sorry that I'm lagging, but the lurgy seems to have taken a hold of me again - have been in bed since 6pm last night! I have 66 days until the wedding, so if I have 2 more recovery days *shakes fist at lurgy*, having done day 1, I should still manage 65 (even though that might mean I'm still planking away after official challenge end!).
I wonder if it will be worth keeping going in 60ish day cycles though as it's going well due to not requiring much time (or equipment), and everyone being able to join in as it's just about doing what you can. Remember, even a 10s plank is 10s more than everyone sitting on the couch!
I need to remember your tips for plank form TH, as my head, neck and shoulders were really stiff after my day 1 plank.
