Hi hun,

Well done on loss! And v. Jealous of Chinese! Yummy!

Good news about flat too! Sounds very exciting and I bet you'll love it! Have you ever lived away from home before??

Jury service will be fab I'm sure! I've always wanted to do it but have never been called up. Bet that sounds sick to some people but I'm just soooo nosey!

Hope you dont get anything too yucky though! And a celeb would be ace!!

Here's to another good week anyhow! xx

Thanks :)

No, never lived away from home before, so is new to both me and bf... SO we'll see how it goes! We have been looking online for ages, but there hasn't been any really nice ones, like nicely decorated or anything and 3 have turned up at once, need to phone and book another viewing tomorrow! :D It soo exciting!

Not sick at all. Hehe, gee... what do I have to wear?? I suit??? :S lol!

x

Dunno what you're meant to wear actually?!

I do know you can claim expenses, and that you have to declare if you know the person in the dock!

Do you know when you've to do it?

Having your own place will be fab & you'll never look back! x

Hi Bexy!!!

Well done you on losing that pound!!! :talk017:

I think you deserved that Chinese, don't you!!! ;)

I hope you get one of the flats you're interested in hun :cross:

Unfortunately the estate agents phoned this morning to say the flat had been let yesterday :( which is a shame. But we have been looking into these new build homes and are going to go and have a look at some this afternoon, but not sure about all the shared equity and what not... Going to find out about it!

Was a little naughty last night... Well... Had no syns all day, so had a mushroom biryani 7syns, 1 poppadom 4syns , half of a mushroom bajee thing and 1large spoonful of veg curry, I didn't think I was too naughty! :)

Going to the harvester for dinner tonight, going to have grilled chicken with a JP large salad and sweetcorn :)

Hope your all having a good weekend so far! Sunny here :D x

So sorry about the flat, i don't know know much about the shared equity thingy hope you manage to find everything out you need!

I was extremely naughty i have been for the last 3 days but Im back on it now hopefully have enough time for damage control! Even though the scales this morning said I had gained 6 pound whoops lol

Have a lovely day Bexy x x

Well, we went to the place, the only have 1 two bedroom house left, and the women said we would need to have an income of £45,000 to re-pay the mortgage!!! How crazy is that! She was very friendly though :)

I dunno what we're going to do. Can't find any decent flats to rent, and to be honest, what we having to get a deposit, we would also have to pay all the solicitors fee's and estate agency fee's and everything... We haven't even got enough for a deposit tbh.

Nevermind, will have to look more at renting somewhere...

xx

Isn't that the point of shared equity houses to help people get on to house ladder because they don't earn as much? My friend has a 50% shared equity house on his own and certainly doesn't earn 45k, research on the internet as it may be different with other companies and see what they say x

Good afternoon! Hope your having a lovely Sunday x x

Hey ladies, thanks for suggestions. :) The area we are looking in is the best area really as it is half way between both our works! And James doesn't want to live further south and i don't want to live further north! I mean we are looking with 3villages and 1 town, so a pretty massive area! I don't know, maybe something else will come onto to the market.. I don't really want to go straight into buying, as we have never lived together before, and it will be easier to get out of the rented accommodation if anything were to happen that it would be to get out of all the mortgage and everything. I think we may leave it until after our holiday now as we have soo much to do before then and lots of birthdays!

Hey ho.

I have been soo soo soo good this weekend, I definitely deserve a loss! Saturday night, I stuck to what I was having when we went out for dinner, which was grilled chicken breast with a JP and massive salad, the for dessert I had fruit skewers, but didn't eat the ice cream, we then went on to wetherspoons and I stuck to drinking water (trying to keep off fizzy drinks), and we then went onto a club - so lots and lots of dancing and plenty of body magic! :D Again, just had water in there!

Yesterday, had a big charity BBQ at my grandparents, so I was preparing all the food! Lots and lots of naughties there, but I just had 2 bits of BBQ chicken with the skin removed and JP with cheese (HeA), then for dinner had a big roast with lots of home grown veg, yum yum, about 10syns i think all together in that!

So all in all I have had a good weekend food wise! And it's back to work again today :(

Have a good day ladies! :D xxxx

Evening ladies,

So the lovely bungalow has come back on the market, and I have a viewing tomorrow after work, but I think I may cancel, as I really don't think we will be able to afford it. Which is a shame, but we're going to go and look around the estate agents Saturday morning and give all of them our details in case something comes on the market we like!

I have been on the Wii fit, and it says I have lost 2lb, that would be lovely, as it would mean I would get my Club 10, so fingers crossed. Getting weighed on a Tuesday again now as it is easier again!

Work has been lovely today, quiet this afternoon which is nice. :)

Last night food wise was very very naughty, I went straight up to James' after work, and he was oing to have me a nice salad made, but he hadn't had dinner by the time he got their and his Mum said there was plenty of dinner for me too... I had a pie!!! how naughty is that! 19syns naughty! Hehe! Then I had 7 wine gums and a spoonful of chocolate brownie cheese cake!

Hopefully I should remember to buy some HiFi bars at WI tonight! But now me, I will probably still forget!

Just off to WI now! Will let you know later! :D

xxx

1lb :D well done! That club 10 is yours next week :D

Thanks Emma!

Was a sad day yesterday, although I knew it was happening, James' dog Jake was put to sleep! :( So sad. As they have had him since he was born, as they had both the parents. Unfortunately he had another stroke on Saturday, (3rd one he has had in just over a year) and it just wasn't fair to him, as he could barely stand up at times and wasn't eating. Also, he was almost 17, which is such a great age. Will definitely miss him though. It strange how it comes on soo quickly, as Friday night James was running round the fields and Jake was chasing after him. But he is in a better place now, and with his Mum and Dad again, he has never really been the same since they were put to sleep a couple of years ago.

Sorry its soo depressing, but needed to air it as I'm quite upset about it as I loved Jake to bits.

Hope you all have a good day! :) x

Aww that's so sad, my mums dog had to be put down last year for some of the same reasons it really hits you hard because they are family, but like you say he is in a happier place now where he can run and jump as much as he likes without it hurting him. Sending hugs your way x x

It is soo hard, I struggle at work sometimes when its the clients pets, soo difficult. But then when its your own, its 10x worse. I guess it wasn't so much of a shock this time as we knew it was coming, but when they had his parents put they didn't tell us about it, and had both of them done on the same day, but like Jake, they were both 16/17, so really good ages! And they also had the cat done on the same day, I don't know how his Mum decided that. But it was for the best for them. x

It is hard but you know yourself from working in the vets most of the time it is the best thing for the dog. Celebrate that he had a fantastic 17 years.
