B: wholemeal roll with bacon, brown sauce (1) lurpak (1) and a cup of green tea
L: Homemade pasta salad (macaroni, tuna, green pepper, sweetcorn, bacon, spring onion, el mayo (1), natural yogurt)
D:pork, broccoli & cashew nuts (3.5) with boiled rice and sw chips
S:Cheese puffs (4) dairyfine bubbles mini (4)

Back on track :)

Dinner round a friends tomorrow night so will no doubt be over syns again :rolleyes: will just need to try and stick to free food all day and save my syns for tomorrrow night xxx

Well its worked! Being back here with you lovely ladies has helped me get back on track! yay! I have been on plan since tuesday and am feeling quite motivated today :).

I think i burnt out quickly last time as i was being to strict with myself and had an all or nothing approach. This time i am trying not to get to hung up on it and allow myself a bit more freedom, might take a little longer but more chance i can stick to it if i'm a little more flexible!

anyway food yesterday was:

B: wholemeal toast (800g) beans, poached egg, mushrooms, green tea
L: homemade pasta salad (1)
D: pasta bake , savory mexican rice (2), salad (dinner at friends)
S: cheese puffs (4), mini flake (4), sw chips

L: last of the pasta salad! (1), diet coke
D: Mayflower chicken curry (4), boiled rice, sw chips

It was really nice but not very SW friendly. I also swear double cream is a drug! I am currently going cream cold turkey. Its hard. Haven't had any since Xmas and hopefully won't have any for ages or the cream cold turkey process starts again! Xx
