A yummy (and happier and healthier) mummy - for good this time!

Haha MC! Every mouthful was amazing! Even though I felt a little sick after the sweetness overload from the cookie dough!

Ive been pretty naughty today as well...

Started out with good intentions but its been one of those days where the little things have gone wrong!

I had a Costa skinny vanilla latte but they put way too much syrup on so I trashed more than half of it (allowing 3syns for milk and 2 for syrup).
Had fruit for snacks.
At lunch I ordered a Starbucks medium skinny caramel latte but they were training someone and forgot my syrup so only a hexA.
Because I was rushing around (dont know where time went) I didnt grab lunch so just had a hexB cereal bar (wheetabix oaty!).
Then when I finished work at 8 I was starving and there qas no SW friendly food. Too hungry to wait an hour before I got home I grabbed a roll from Sainsbury- white bread with southern style chicken and spicy mayo...
Oops! I got a bag of skinny popcorn but dont know if I'll have that and save a couple of syns.

Another write off day :(

I bet you'll still be fine. :) Just try add more super free tomo if you are worried, but I think you will be fine. A naughty day or 2 can help boost your loss after all :D

And yeah, completely agree with Rosie!

Thanks MC!

Hoping to counteract naughtiness in the week when I am home- taking a leaf out of your book and bought a BN squash for some soup and roasted veg couscous! Yum!

I find I'm naughty more often when im working with the stresses and because I rarely take food with me (no fridge) I work in the city centre so its easy to pop to the shops and grab something.

I was so annoyed with my coffees today! I ned the caffeine hit- they are like my treats for going into work and they were ruined! Team that with horrible customers, a very sore throat and a headache and I was ready to cry!!

Aww bless. :( I would have complained about the coffees if I were you. You're paying for a service so they should give it to you correctly!

And that sounds yum. :D I love roasted BN. May have to copy your roasted veg couscous idea. And if I have any left over I could try some mince and mix it with that and then stuff in peppers or tomatoes.. You've got me planning food for next week now :p

How are you doing today? x

My throat is horrendously sore today and im losing my voice!! Not a great symptom considering I have a speaking based job!! H2B and Reece are both suffering as well :( Poorly household :(

Feeling frustrated with work- being trained on a new system and I just don't like one of the girls who is "helping". She has barely been with the company for 5 minutes and speaks down to people like they are dirt on her shoe. I just want to knock her down a peg! Also my tolerance for her crap is severely lowered seems as I'm feeling poop!!

Food wise, I've been better! Finished work at 7pm instead of 8pm so I was able to eat when I got home instead of being ravenous and eating junk!! I also made myself a sandwich to take for lunch!

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: Ham and cucumber sandwich (WM bread hexB, ham, cucumber and 2tbsp lighter than light mayo 1syn) Satsuma. Plum. Yogurt.
D: Bachelors cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce (made with water and 100ml skimmed milk 2syns)

Snacks: Fruit salad (grapes, kiwi fruit, strawberries and melon). Pops 4syns. Weetabix oaty bar 4.5syns.
Drinks: Cafe Nero medium skinny mocha (skimmed milk hexA and cocoa 3syns). A LOT of water.
Syn Total- 14.5syns

Under syn!!
Forgot I used my hexB on WM bread when I had the cereal bar! Oops.

MC- I didnt realise they'd messed up my coffee's until I left the shops... And I hate to complain to peoples faces!! Although I can write a stern and scathing letter!!

Rosiepops- you should defo try couscous with stock. Its so plain and boring on its own but it absorbs flavour. I also roast tomatoes so you get some mushy sauce with those to add more flavour.

To make today worse Arsenal are losing and playing terribly on the football tonight! Grrrr!!

Urgh work sounds annoying! I hope that you will be feeling better soon.
And that's an easy mistake with the cereal bar. :) what are those ones like?

And the letter sounds like a good idea :D

hmm. You could stuff them right away and then cover with foil then back for half an hour? That way you won't burn the top. :) and if you want some cheese on top just take the foil off and leave them under for another 5 min with a bit on top. :D
Or that's how I would do it. :)
one whole pepper (two halves) make a great main with a side salad and as you said a bit of fish! If you don't add any meat inside I bet it'll be lovely with a tuna steak. You could roast some tomatoes as well since tomato and tuna is lush :D

and maybe you'll get a freebie :D you never know unless you try. :)

Argh why does life like to kick you when you're down!! Trying to save for a wedding, have Reece's nursery fees due (double as well because this month and a month in advance) and of course the car breaks down and needs the clutch replacing costing £450...

Still been feeling a bit low and unwell :(

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: Asda savoury chicken paella rice packet 2syns (made with water and no butter). Yogurt. Grapes. Satsuma. Alpen light part hexB.
D: Cheats Paella (rice, onion, stock, peas, chicken and 60g chorizo 4syns)

Snacks: Pops 4syns. Half a banana. Strawberries. Mini time out 4syns. Tesco light choices apple and strawberry cereal bar part hexB.
Drinks: Multiple cups of tea (sweetener and skimmed milk hexA). Flavoured fizzy water.
Syn Total- 14syns

Editing as just realised I had a lot of rice today and both in paella style dishes! Must make a mental note to try and add variety- except they are easy and whilst not 100% easiness is key to me not binging on junk!!

Aww :(
I called the mister and he said that's an average price, but if the car is a newer make you may get it for cheaper.

Hope today will go better for you xx

Aww thanks for checking for me MC! Obviously I was worried we were getting taken for a ride with the price (despite my googles) but nice to get confirmation from someone else too.

On a plus, I put my coat on from last winter and its soooo roomy! I may even have to get a new one for this year as I'm worried I look silly and it may swamp me!
Although clothes shopping is going to have to wait! Good job the cold weather hasn't kicked in properly yet!
