Exactly that Rosie! You've just got to make sure that the dish you transfer the filling into is piping hot and the veggie and tomato mix is as well or the eggs wont cook for an age! They only needed about 10mins for the white to be set and the yolk runny but not have the dreaded "egg snot".
Or just cook it in the original pan but mine aren't oven friendly!!

You don't need potatoes in it but I needed some carbs as was feeling hungry! I added them raw into the tomato/veggies as I let it simmer for around half hour so they cooked but if you didn't have potatoes you wouldn't need to cook it that long.

Was so filling I cant believe its traditionally a breakfast dish!

Also super happy that the majority of it is superfree!

And I've just realised I forgot to add bell peppers- they would've been yum!

Hope everyone is well today :D
I have poopy work tomorrow- not looking forward to it but thats nothing unusual!! Its only 6 hours so I just need to plod through- they want me to take calls on the new insurance system that I have had 3 days training on (compared to everyone elses 2 weeks!) and with no support but Im point blank refusing. I dont feel prepared- especially without the support. Theyd soon come down on me if I messed up a policy so I dont want to take that risk.

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: 2 x WM bread hexB topped with 50g Salmon and Dill philli light 4syns. Grapes.
D: Chicken breast coated in schwartz seasoning. Roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic. Bell pepper stuffed with 1/2 pack ainsley harriot couscous 1.5syns and 40g feta hexA. I roasted the bell peppers for 40 mins and they were delish! Still had a bite to them but wasnt crunchy like before :D

Snacks: Pops 4syns. Grapes. Half a banana (shared with Reece). 2 x yogurts.
Drinks: Coke zero. 3 x cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk 1.5syns) Orange squash.

A bit better with the syns today- have been a little concerned that I have been maxing them out lately. Finding it hard to want fruit for snacks as well since the weather has been getting colder. Just wish cooked fruit was syn free as well because I love cooked berries in the winter!!

They're not that bad syn wise I think. :) But yeah I love cooked berries as well! Is it bad that I'm tempted to cook some and ignore that they're supposed to be synned? lol

Haha MC! Part of me wonders too because I would eat a punnet usually so its not like I'd be eating more than usual!
And I think cooked berries are more filling than uncooked...

Hope you had fun promoting dog food today Rosie! Sounds interesting!
Work was pretty poop- too busy and not enough staff. At one point we had almost 40 calls in the queue and people were warned the wait would be over half hour! To make it worse I've had a headache most of the day so I kinda just wanted to curl up somewhere dark and quiet!

Todays food-
B: Nothing (apart from some water and aspirin!)
L: Grapes. Kiwi fruit. Pops 4syns. Alpen light part hexB. (And some more aspirin)
D: 3 x Tesco light choices sausages 3syns. Cauliflower cheese (75g phili light hexA, onion, stock, cauliflower topped with 25g reduced fat cheddar 4syns). Roasted cherry tomatoes.

Work sounds terrible :-( I'm not surprised you had a headache with all that going on!
Have you thought about trying red days? Looking at your diary entries I think they'd suit you quite well since you don't seem to rely on carbs like I do! You'd get an extra of each hex too.
It was ok today- I just give out money off vouchers and a bit of nutritional advice for people having trouble with dogs behaviour/digestion/skin/coat.
It's good money! Lol xx

Which brands do you promote Rosie? I'm really interested in dog nutrition! Do you promote raw feeding at all?

Work sounds horrible Lisa :( I hope you're feeling better today.. And good luck for your weigh in, too!

Oh no. :(
Just look at how far you've come! You're doing so well. And the wedding food sounded lush so I bet it was worth it :)
I bet you'll have it off soon :) Focus on how amazingly you've been so far xx

Horrible headache has returned today :(
And my auntie was meant to look after Reece tomorrow (my mum who is my usual Monday childcare is on holiday) and she cancelled on me today. Such a pain in the arse- so that's caused additional headache worry! H2B is going to go into work at 8 and basically beg for annual leave so I can start at 10am.

The dog food promoting sounds great Rosie! People always like vouchers and its great that you can help people with the welfare of their dogs!

I have never thought about doing red/ green days- I have days where I am carb heavy and then mix days. I don't eat a lot of meat either...

Thanks for the kind words MC- just a little disappointed to see a gain. Considering my lack of superfree I could've understood a STS but a gain is always like a slap in the face!

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: Bachelors Deli Box Noodles chow mein flavour 1.5syns (wasn't very nice!) Grapes. Yogurt.
D: Green pesto pasta (1/4 jar light pesto 4syns) topped with 30g reduced fat cheddar part hexA.

Drinks: Cups of tea (sweetener and skimmed milk part hexA) Coke zero. Flavoured fizzy water.
Syn Total- 11.5syns

Oh Lisa it sounds like a rubbish time at the mo! Sorry about your gain :-( agree with MC though it will be off before you know it with a few days of extra super free. Berries are meant to be good to speed things up too and I think I remember you like them?
Hope you manage to get child care all sorted tomo- added stress you don't need :-( cup of tea and early to bed for you!
I promote James Wellbeloved! It's natural and well balanced with protein and energy for all stages of life. You can read the ingredients and know exactly what they all are which is important to me, with all suspected allergens excluded (pork/beef/dairy/eggs etc). It's also made in Somerset with good quality ingredients- some ingredients rejected at the factory even end up at supermarkets!
Raw food diet isn't something I have considered in enough depth to make a strong comment on but I wouldn't do it personally- my dog/cat/hedgehog are all Wellbeloved and very happy and healthy!
Sorry Lisa I've hijacked your thread with dog food lol xx

Sorry for my absence yesterday- I had a really bad day at work and basically spent most of the day crying. Just got in a slump and no matter what I did I couldn't lift myself out of it.

Today has been better but Reece's nursery want to speak to us about him. I thought he was settling in fine but apparently he wont speak or babble whilst he is there. He also wont eat and barely sleeps. He likes running around and playing but they've also mentioned that he seems to like to play on his own. It's started making me really worried about his development (h2b has a history of developmental delays in his family- including an autistic nephew) and that he isn't happy there. He babbles constantly at home so I don't know if we didn't give him enough chance to settle in with us there.
I also worry that I am not doing enough for him to help- being a parent is a constant worry and battle with yourself that you are not good enough :(
Just dreading the meeting- even tempted to record him babbling at home so I can show them that he does make noise!

Yesterday's food-
B: Nothing.
L: 4 x original ryvitas hexB topped with approx 50g philadelphia light (couldn't weigh it but used level spoons instead and literally only smeared the philli on the ryvita!) 4syns. Mattessons roast chicken fridge raiders 2.5syns. Banana.
D: Nothing- home too late and I was shattered.

Snacks: 2 x Satsuma. Quavers 4.5syns. Grapes.
Drinks: Water. Starbucks medium skinny caramel latte (skimmed milk hexA and syrup 3syns). Cups of tea (sweetener and 100ml skimmed milk 2syns).

Todays food-
B: Nothing.

D: 2 x plums. Quavers 4.5syns. Banana.

Snacks: 2 x Satsuma. Weetabix oaty bar hexB. Tesco multipack bag popcorn 3syns. Grapes.
