Thanks girls :) Flu is lingering but most of the dizziness and feeling faint and achy has stopped so im at least able to be vertical now! H2B was getting worried as i couldnt walk up the stairs without assistance on Sunday :(

Yesterday was a complete cheat day! I didn't have much to eat (no appetite especially as ive barely eaten over the last few days) but i had a few handfuls of cinema popcorn, a couple of garlic butter doughballs and a filled potato skin followed by a bbq chicken wrap and half a portion of chips in Frankie and Bennys.

Also had a skinny caramel latte from Starbucks and a couple of cups of tea.

Saw Mockingjay at the cinema and it was great! Loving the hunger games films as much as i enjoyed the books :)
 
Went to work today and thankfully was supervising for the majority of it so minimal speaking to customers- although i had to step in for four complaints which was really annoying. Still feeling rubbish but just gota get on with it- not fair to stay in doors with Reece as he's such an active child.

Tried to nibble a little more today as im sure im not doing my weight loss any help by barely eating!

Todays food (green day) -

L : Cheese and tomato sandwich (60g WM bread hexB1, 25g philadelphia light part hexA1 and sliced tomato) Yogurt.
D : Mugshot. Special K chewy bar hexB2. Satsuma.

Remember to drink lots of water.. Your body dehydrates more when you're ill so you need to be drinking extra. It could be why you needed help getting up the stairs?

Yeah I was shocked reading through them, as well! I'm glad I've done so before we go visit Sids parents for christmas as a lot of that will be there, and ideally I would like to lose (Or maintain) over christmas lol!
 
Wow thanks for posting those MC! Some are horrifically high- probably wont stop me from diving into the tin of celebrations or quality street though! Definitely my xmas weakness. Just will try not to go overboard!

Not feeling much better today - still stuffed up with my sinuses, foggy and ouchy head and my throat is so sore i can barely swallow. Just wish it would bugger off now!!

D: 2 x egg and bacon sandwiches ( 4 slices WM bread hexB and 6syns, eggs fried in frylight, bacon with no fat and 3tbsp ketchup 3syns)

Drinks : Cups of tea (1 with 1tsp sugar 1syn, the rest with sweetener and skimmed milk hexA) Pepsi max cherry. Flavoured fizzy water.

Have you tried boiling the boiling water and Vic trick? (Pour freshly boiled water in a large bowl, put in a plop of vicks, mix it do it dissolves in it and then stick your head over it and a towel over your hard to get the steam to reach you easier)
 
I've got some olbas oil stuff that ive been shoving on tissues but im still pretty bunged up and flu-ey.

Kinda starting my xmas early food wise- as i had half a bag of cheese doritos last night. Apart from that i was fine with syns (7.5- youngs low fat fish pie and crisps.) Although i have now realised my sense of taste has gone- i had some pickles (gherkins and onions) and could barely taste the vinegar. So feeling miserable because i can't taste food so whats the point in eating anything!!

Today so far I've had a couple of cocktail sausages and a coconut covered tea cake. Kids xmas party at my Friday group so im not going to count syns today but will be sensible (like i am going to try for the next week!)
 
Post xmas blowout WI today - 4lb gain. But to be honest I deserved more!

I was awful the past week- munched on tins of chocolate, had a McDonald's, deserts, white bread with lashings of butter...

Aim for today is to ease myself back into the SW mentality - meals are going to be 100% SW friendly but im not going to count syns religiously.

Back to work tomorrow so not looking forward to that.
