Been naughty and forgot to update the last two days- needing to get into the swing of this after a break as well. Currently in work and it is DEAD! So thought Id take the opportunity now to update and catch up on diaries Ive missed now :)

Sunday I was good-ish until the evening.
Sunday (28/12/14) Green Day
B: Nothing.
L: 2 x egg mayo sandwiches (2 x 60g WM bread hexB1+2, boiled eggs, 4tbsp EL mayo 2syns). Yogurt. Banana.
D: Mushroom risotto (risotto rice, mushrooms, onion, stock, 40g reduced fat cheddar hexA1)

Snacks: Went downhill in the evening and gorged on leftover Christmas chocolate- I lost count of how many Cadbury heroes I had :( But WAY over syns.
Drinks: Cups of tea (sweetner and skimmed milk hexA2) Diet orangeade. Water.
Syn Total - ??? But definitely over!!
 
Glad its not just me with the Christmas choccies!! I was stuffing my face with them last week thinking i had to eat them before getting back on plan!!

Yesterday's food (29/12/14) EE day.
B: Nothing.
L: Mexican tuna sandwich (WM bread hexB+2syns for full sized loaf, tuna in mexican dressing approx 3syns, red pepper, cucumber and onion) Banana. Satsuma.
D: Small amount of leftover risotto- no cheese.

Snacks: Fruit salad (apple, pear, kiwi and grapes) Alpen light 3syns. Yogurt. 1 x Cadbury hero 2.5syns.
Drinks: 3 x cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk 1.5syns) Costa medium skinny vanilla latte (skimmed milk hexA and full portion of syrup 3syns)
Syn Total - 15syns
 
Been a little naughty today. Finding it hard to get the motivation to get back on plan completely!

Todays food (EE day) -
B: Nothing.
L: Mexican tuna sandwich (WM bread hexB +2syns, tuna in mexican dressing approx 3syns, red pepper, cucumber and onion) Banana. Yogurt.
D: Mugshot.

Snacks: Quavers 4.5syns. Grapes. Satsuma. 1 x biscuit 2.5syns? Small bag of haribo 3.5syns.
Drinks: 2 x cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk 1syn) Starbucks medium skinny caramel latte (skimmed milk hexA and syrup 3syns) Water. Diet orangeade.
Syn Total - 19.5syns

Ouch. Be off plan tomorrow as well seems as its NYE and I have a bottle of prosecco and some Kopperbergs chilling in the fridge!! Plus maybe a takeaway!
 
Good day yest :) your sandwich sounds nice- is it like the greggs tuna crunch?
Eating treats like they're going out of fashion- mince pie, 4 quality streets, half a bag of kettle chips, three chocolate biscuits.. Can't wait til its all gone & stops tormenting me lol x

A little like the greggs one but the Mexican dressing has a little kick to it. I seem to be a little hooked! Although i saw a brie and pickle one today and was so tempted! Going to get one on a green day!
I can see a tub of heroes in my eye line whilst eating my mugshot... Tempted doesn't come close to my current emotion!!
 
Ate a naughty amount of the choccies- between 6-10 of them so WAY over syn.

But on a plus note i bought my headband / hairpiece for my wedding today! Got it from Debenhams in the sale!! £27.50 half price from £55 and its beautiful- a slight filigree design in silver metal with a couple of pearls. Will go perfect with the lace design of my dress!!!
 
Creme egg heros are the best ones! mmmmm I managed to resist any kopperberg or fruit cider even though I love it. Magners do a light fruit cider that is only 5 syns a bottle apparently but I've yet to see it in any shop.
 
Just had a look online and Indian Summer is about 250 calories a bottle so 12/3 syns so must still have plenty of sugar in that's about the same as full alcohol cider! I think kopparberg alcohol free is fairly close in syns to the alcohol one too again due to the sugar. This is the 5 syn one. Maybe one of us can spot it eventually! cider.jpg
 
Looks yummy Snow! Thanks for the heads up- its on the Tesco website but not in my stores (when you log in it takes away products that they do not stock and it disappeared :( So disappointed!!) I'll keep an eye out for it though.

Haha Rosie- I wish it was a superfree!! It uses orange oils...
And now youve got me wanting carrot cake!! Tempted to dash out and get some seems as today is a cheat day anyway- but dont think H2B would be too impressed if I made him go out for cake as soon as he gets home!!

Finally an on-plan day!! And some superfree!!

Yesterday i had takeaway (burger, cheesy chips and a piece of fried chicken so definitely unforgivable syn-wise), half a bottle of prosecco and 2 Kopperburg fruit cider. And loads of quality street!

But i did clean my house from top to bottom after taking down the Christmas decorations so at least some body magic!

Todays food (EE day) -
B: Nothing.
L: 2 x WM toast hexB topped with 50g philadelphia light part hexA. Banana. Half a satsuma.
D: Chicken breast coated in schwartz seasoning. Roasted veggie couscous (red and yellow peppers, onion and tomatoes)

Snacks: Couple of grapes. Space raiders 3syns. Yogurt.
Drinks: Cups of tea (sweetener and skimmed milk part hexA) Pear Kopperburg 12syns. Diet orangeade.
Syn Total - 15syns

Ditto Rosie! Feels good to be back on plan and buying decent, healthy things in the weekly shop (and a packet of fajita spices for your pasta dish!)

Ive had a sudden breakout of spots and my skin definitely feels more oily, which I am definitely putting down to the bad food and booze Ive had the past few weeks.

It sounds a little silly but there is a video on Youtube with someone burning a pringle and instead of setting alight like youd expect it kinda melts and drips loads of fat- I watch it every now and again when I fancy eating some pringles to put myself off!! It works for me :p

Im expecting a gain again this weekend- after affects of the xmas blowout but I have two more days to try and counteract it as much as possible!!
 
Hope you enjoy the pasta :) OH had it for his lunch today (he has a little chorizo in it too) so it has to be good lol. Eurgh that video sounds grim- I can imagine tho as, tasty though they are, Pringles always leave a film on the roof of my mouth.
Good luck for WI- I expect we'll all see a good loss next week if we stick to plan :p x

L: Veggie soup (swede, carrots, potato, celery, veggie stock pot, parsley- YUM!!)
L: Spicy prawn and chorizo pasta (pasta, 60g chorizo 4syns, tinned tomatoes, prawns, onions and chilli)

Snacks: Banana. Handful of blueberries. 2 x chocolate liqueurs 4syns. Ryvita minis hexB.
Drinks: Generic regular skinny mocha (skimmed milk hexA and cocoa 3syns) 4 x cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk 2syns) Pepsi max cherry.
Syn Total - 15syns
