A yummy (and happier and healthier) mummy - for good this time!

Your food looks yummy for today! Glad you feel more relaxed about everything now and your friend is coming :) Oh and a candy buffet... can I come? hehe xxx
 
Was slightly annoyed with my asda home delivery- asked for 2 soup mixes and got substituted a fajita mix (which is 4syns for the pack!) and casserole veg. Neither is for soup (although i could chop up thw casserole veg a little finer and make it into soup). Also asked for lighter than light mayo and got just light mayo :( And chicken breasts but got mini fillets...
On a plus i ordered 16 seafood sticks and got given 32 for the same price!

Only having one drink with the rugby as feeling sleepy and had the munchies.

Todays food (EE day)-
B: Half a banana.
L: Smoked salmon and broccoli pasta (spaghetti, 50g philadelphia light part hexA, smoked salmon fillet and broccoli) A random throw-it-together-and-hope-it-works lunch but it was yummy!
D: Chicken fajita and rice (half pack of the fajita mix 2syns, chicken, chopped tomatoes)

Snacks: Grapes. Banana. Satsuma. WW yogurt. Mini bag of buttons 3.5syns. Aada cheese curls 4.5syns.
Drinks: Cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk part hexA) Diet orangeade. Water. Magners light 5syns.
Syn Total- 15syns

WI a day early tomorrow- wish me luck!

Start with the positive- weighed this morning and lost 2.5lb!!! Down to 12st0.5lb!! Almost om the next stone bracket and just 1st0.5lb to target!

But today i blew that out the water- had my yorkie cookie with 11syns. And Jaffa Cakes. Crisps. And a medium pizza hut for dinner.

Didnt get much luck with the bridesmaid dress shopping- it was a bit of a pain in the bum amd i feel completely drained.
Then we were meant to go out for food and drinks but my cousins wanted to go somewhere else which isnt accessible for me and MOH so then they said they wanted to skip drinks out tonight and go for lunch tomorrow. Its okay as I am tired but means I'll be off plan again tomorrow for lunch.
And is also a bit annoying as i think cousins may have gone out anyway...
And h2b had to give MOH a lift home and is a little annoyed that he had to go out again...

I just feel deflated...
 
Great news on the loss! That's a cracker :) you're getting close to that target! When's your last wedding dress fitting or are you not sure yet?
We will gloss over the naughties- I was terrible yest too..
Bad news on the bridesmaid dress shopping- what sort of thing are you looking for? Try not to let it get to you- these things aren't easy!

Well done on your loss. And the food yesterday sounds amazing. I think you need days/weekends off every now and again just to enjoy food (and to hate people who eat like that all the time and are somehow still skinny) then you just have to get back on plan which I am sure you will. Good luck finding a bridemaids dress - I know it's hard. I though I got off easy with the dresses when I got married as we found them really quickly but then my sister dragged me to every shoe shop in town to find the perfect shoes which drove me nuts. I was like you just pick but she wouldn't have it haha.

Well cousins cancelled lunch as one needed to get home (she lives in Milton Keynes- i live in Bristol). But me and MOH went instead- had non SW friendly food including a desert although will probably be all im eating as ate at lunch and im still stuffed!!

Todays food-
B: Half a bar of galaxy (at least it wasnt a big bar!)
L: Frankie and Bennys. Chicken and chorizo gnocchi. A couple of onion rings. Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
D: Nothing. Too stuffed.

Snacks: 1 chocolate butter biscuit.
Drinks: Diet pepsi. Costa medium skinny vanilla latte. Diet orangeade. 2 x cups of tea (sweetener and skimmed milk). Water.
 
The onion rings are yummy! Slighty spicy so a nice kick :) I dont like paying best part of a fiver for them either so i only get them if im splitting them (and the bill!)
We got them for free today- they forgot to bring them out with our mains and we had to ask so our server said she'd wipe them from the bill!

It was your fault i had the gnocchi, Rosie! Your diary made me wana try them :) Worth it though- delicious!!
 
Oh yeah I remember the gnocchi conversation now! Its tasty isn't it :p
I don't think its too bad syns wise really- 10syns per 500g I think. Which I think is a standard packet, of which I usually have half (I'm greedy tho). So not terrible really.
I might have to suck it up and try these onion rings next time! The table behind us had some and tbf you get a lot. Happy days on the freebie too!
 
Some of the meals come with a couple of onion rings- get hubby to scour the menu and have one of them so you can try them!!

Thats not too bad as it is hugely filling- half a pack with a free sauce (maybe some chicken). Might have to look for some next time i go shopping! Expected them to be stodgy like a usual dumpling (dont like dumplings!!) but they were yum!

Feeling tired and drained today- i think im letting the wedding is get on top of me a little.
And i didnt get any family time over the weekend with Reece and h2b.
Tomorrow i have my usual Wednesday playgroup so some nice playtime and then i am going to take a step back with the wedding- write a list of things that still need doing so i can feel some kind of accomplishment when i strike things off!

Drinks: Starbucks medium skinny caramel latte (skimmed milk hexA and SF syrup). Water. 2 x cups of tea (sweetener and dashes of skimmed milk 1syn). Flavoured fizzy water.

Didn't update yesterday as woke up with a headache and went to bed with a migraine :(

Didn't get as much wedding stuff done as id hoped but got my final couple of day invites out (replacing people who cant attend) and started the list.

Yesterdays food (Green day)-
B: Half a banana.
L: Porridge (35g oats hexB1 with 200ml skimmed milk part hexA1). 3 x boiled eggs.
D: Bachelors cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce (made with skimmed milk rest of hexA1) added broccoli and a smidge of grated reduced fat cheddar part hexA2.

Snacks: 2 x light laughing cow triangles part hexA2. Weetabix oaty bar hexB2. Space raiders 3syns. Yogurt. Grapes. 2 x Satsuma. Banana. Asda cheese curls 4.5syns.
Drinks: Cups of tea (1 with 1tsp sugar 1syn, the rest with sweetener and skimmed milk rest of hexA2) Water. Flavoured fizzy water.
Syn Total- 8.5syns
