Breakfast - apple and banana mid-morning

Lunch - leftover risotto (HexB for seafood)
pear

Snack - fibre plus bar (HexB)

Dinner - eggs, chips and tinned spaghetti with three babybel light (HexA) - yum!
Melon

Slendertone done, having a night off the exercise tonight to save myself for badminton tomorrow :)
 
Eeeek! Spinning class sounds like a bit of a farce! Maybe the instructor just got a bit flustered after running out of bikes and asking people to swap and stuff. Hope it's better for you next week :)
I'd completely forgotten about that bit in Run Fat Boy Run :p

And well done with the extra exercise tonight!! I'm having a super lazy week this week :eek:
 
I love the way you 'couldn't resist' to do some more exercise... looks like you've really got yourself into a great routine - I'm very impressed! Are you noticing that you're more toned since you started doing it more regularly?
 
Yep, I'm definitely noticing more of a difference in my body since starting the exercise! A pair of trousers I only bought in February are starting to feel loose too, I'm going to have to invest in some new clothes soon!

Dinner - pasta and quorn bolognaise (onion, quorn mince, celery, pepper, chopped toms) with grated cheese (HexA)

Stewed apple (HexB) with a bit of crumble topping and a spoonful of caramel ice cream (let's call it 15 syns - could well be more though ;) )

Did slendertone and played (and won) badminton this evening :)

We went round to my OH's mum's to say goodbye since she's off on holiday tomorrow. She gave us a bag of cooking apples to use, hence the crumble this evening. Naughty, but sooooo good :)

Dinner - Aloo mutter - potato and pea curry with rice

Played squash this morning and won! Going to get the slendertone on now...
Haven't had my HexBs today but don't want to have toast just for the sake of it, so won't :)
 
In retrospect I enjoyed it, but honestly not that much at the time!! Well, I was just a bit peeved to begin with as I booked the class in advance, then once I'd turned up and paid and they'd checked me off on their list and everything, I went up to the spinning studio and there were no free bikes!! Really poor admin, so then the instructor is like 'will anyone give up their bike?' and some people were nice enough to come back for a later session, but it was a bit embarrassing because I felt like I was making them leave...
But then after that incident the class just began straight away and the instructor didn't ask if anyone hadn't done it before and didn't give any advice on adjusting the bikes so the saddle is at the right height and distance from the handlebars etc.
So, I was pretty uncomfortable throughout, and kept getting really sore cramp in my feet when I stood up on the pedals which you have to do A LOT. I don't know if it would have been much better if the bike was adjusted properly though, it might just be my lack of fitness!

However, I think I will give it another go next week as I can feel today that it has worked my legs! I will make sure i turn up early next time to have a play around with the adjustments on the bike to see if I can make it more comfortable :)

Sounds horrendous!!! But good on you for going back for second helpings!

I don't think I could ever become an exercise addict!! But I am finding it easier to make myself do some exercise so it's all good. I really do believe it makes a great difference to inch loss :)

Hi Kelly, Aloo Mutter is indeed the one from the green book. It's very nice, although I often add spinach and whatever veg I have lying around to add some variety to it.

Pammy, I WI on Monday morning so we'll have to wait and see... From my sneaky peeking I think a loss is in order though so just going to cross my fingers until tomorrow :)

Dinner - Gammon steak (HexB x 2), roast veg (potato, BNS, courgette, toms, aubergine, peppers) and gravy (3 syns)

Played squash again today - and won 2 out of 3 matches :)
Am aching pretty much everywhere now though and am looking forward to a day off the exercise tomorrow (got my sugarcraft course tomorrow evening so no time!).
Hoping WI's going to be kind despite the apple crumble ;)

No exercise or slendertone today because I have been too busy but back on it tomorrow - need need need to get a pound off this week :)
