I agree - dont let their comment upset you (easier said than done, I know). I try not to engage too much when people go the other extreme either and say things like 'oh thats so healthy or have you only got salad'. Its like people want you to defend whatever you eat and I dont feel any of us need to do that. Its not their business what you're having or how much! Like Sarah says, you know it works so keep doing what you're doing
