Thanks gorgeous! Ive cooled off now! No to be honest I haven't thought about slim n save but I'm okay with exante I am used to the flavourd bit as I'm planning to do this for a good while longer I want to try the soups :)

I'm sitting here eating my orange bar...with hubs eating the biggest plate of doritos covered in chilli oozing with cheddar and Mexican cheesiness... I'm angelic lol it smells sooo sooo sooo good though but it doesn't smell as good as being slim will feel ... Xxx
 
Totally know how you feel re the men situation Sarah is right, I never have and never will get men and I think it's probably for the best!!!!

I can resist Doritos however kettle chips and humus is a different story :p

I'm quite lucky that my hubs is a pretty healthy eater. Does have the occasional Chinese or Indian which kills me haha. I watched him have a latte earlier with a few biscuits. I was seething with jealousy. I've come to bed early tonight. Got a banging headache and tempted to scoff AGAIN!

MEN ... He said some pretty nice things after actually so he redeemed himself!

I feel good and proud for being so strong! Heads back in the game thankgoodness!! God niennor I would love that it will be fantastic to drop down into the 11's by the time your back :D

God cool original doritos salsa and spicy Mexican cheese is like my ultimate meal :D haha yes this is why I'm fat! It was torture walking round asda with hubs while he picked out what he wanted... I didn't feel even the slightest bit hungry but I miss eating lol...

Food porno!! Lol we can have all this in moderation once we are done sarah ... It's not gone forever! My other half has had a takeaway practically everyday since I restarted this time lol... Oh well I've resisted this far lol xxx
 
You done well to resist! I love nachos, covered in chilli, Mexicana cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'm gonna have to shut up cos my mouth is actually watering

Can't wait to enjoy these things again xxxx
 
Watching Lorraine and they are saying diets are stupid and dont work... Well okay if you finish your diet and go back to eating the way you were before of course your gonna pile on the lbs! But if you eat sensibly and 80% healthy 20% naughty you will be alright... I know that I am always going to battle with my weight to some degree but I am going to tackle each pound ...if I have a naughty weekend I will be good all week... If I have a takeaway I will up my exercise! Its about being sensible... I know I'm gonna go on holiday as soon as I've finished this diet n probably will regain a little but I will tackle my weight again when I get back :) xxx
 
I have promised myself the same. I'll never go back to my old eating habits (they were vile)

I am on holiday in June 10 nights all inclusive and I'm bloody dreading it! There's a few of us going and I seem to be the focus of attention at the moment. Everybody wants to know what I'm eating.... How I'm doing it etc

I managed to lose weight whilst pregnant...I lost weight from calorie counting... From healthy eating... I lost weight on weightwatchers ... But it all slows down so I like to bounce around diets a little bit! I know I can maintain my weight perfectly well following propoints so once I've finished this I will return to weightwatchers.... I won't let myself put the weight back on I was miserable because of my size truth is I just didn't notice it piling on! So now I'm aware of my own being a little more I am sure I will control my weight when I get down to healthy weight :D xx
 
Im the same, I have lost weight on lots of other diets but it was so slow I felt like giving up all the time then end up putting it back on. I think this diet gives you the motivation to get to your goals. Well I hope so!
 
it does annoy me when these people harp on about diets not working etc ... so should we all just carry on and not even try to loose weight ... maybe I would have been much healthier staying at 19 stone ??? grrrrrr I know its hard and some regain along the way is going to happen to most people , but talk about negative reinforcment of staying fat !!!! grrrrrrr
 
I'm going to swap my bar tomorrow for a spicey chicken breast or some quorn (need to check out which would be better option any one know?) as I have a friend coming over for the evening and chuck in a bit of variety for the one day so a bit of protein to look forward to tomorrow :) xxx
 
Mmmm I love chicken and I love quorn! Not sure which is better in regards to carbs and fat though xxxx
 
Hmm ... I'm not too sure which one would be better... I know chicken deffo is so probably just go with that lol! If I can avoid eating I will ... But if I give myself the option then if I don't yay me! And if I do I can make a good keto choice :) well I'm trying to make things as easy as poss would rather not eat tomorrow night though as I have weigh in on Thursday... It's coming round so quick! Excited!! Xx

Thankyou Soo much giggle! It's been a journey of many diets, a baby, and quite a few hills and valleys... I'm starting to feel normal now! And I don't feel like people stare at me and my chins anymore! Lol xx
