Ouch I burned my mouth on my yummy veggie soup! owwieeee! Lol daft mare! Just Thai chicken soup to try now n the only one I don't like so far n think I will give a miss is the mushroom soup it's revolting! I can't even stomach the thought of it! Xx
Hey beaut! I'm still on plan... Had a bit of a working solution day yesterday... I was ravenously hungry all day nothing was satisfying me and my OH and our niece n nephew n my sister had rubbish food to eat while watching tv... Last night... N I was STARVING and didn't want to fall off so I had a handful of pork scratchings they are quite calorific and fatty but have no sugar or carbs so thought that would probably be the best option for a treat... Turns out I was soo hungry because just after succumbing to eating I had a major migraine attack... Haven't had one for 19 weeks so was pretty gutted and taken by surprise! today I feel fragile and crappy and really wanna just slouch around and have a lazy day of films and munchies... I feel terrible... I hope I can kick the craving! Xx
I baked chocolate cookies for my hubby to take my mind off it lol odd I know but I actually hate chocolate cookies so it was fun n I didn't eat any...
I did have extra lean mince made into burgers last night as I was still feeling rubbish after my migraine but swapped it for a shake so hopefully will be okay x
I suffer with migraines ridiculously at times and cravings for chocolate is one of my prewarnings but as I was trying to stick to diet I went for protein eats instead and didn't put 2 and 2 together til I was fully walloped in the face with the headache! Lol plus totm arrived today so hopefully I am over the worst of it and can get back to TS from today xx
Hey Kirsty if I'm honest if I used more than 15 of my weeklies I would hardly lose... I just wrote the weeklies off and that's what my organiser said to do ... Just use them when life happens is what she told us... But my Sis in law would use all hers plus her activity points and still get good losses so It's just a case of finding what works for you! x
I signed up on Friday night, as i had a crap day i still counted friday (which included a bar of milkyway, 100g), so it took a bit chunk of of weeklies off, but ive only used 1 more since then x
I have 19 days of packs so depending how I feel in about 2 weeks time and how the weight loss goes will make my decision as to whether to to swap back to WW or continue for longer x
I want the battle to be as quick as possible I'm battling hard hard hard at the min but it will be over soon... All the other diets are long term and this has already been a long enough journey I've lost 4 stone but it seems to have taken forever.., and these final 2 could be gone in a jiffy if I'm good lol!
