It's been long enough for me up to now... I'm satisfied I have the skills to maintain a weight but losing is the hard part for me... I know I'm always gonna have to watch my weight but I no longer want to war with it lol x

Lol at me baking cookies for the second night running to take my mind off eating... Pretty ironic... I've cooked onion bhajis from scratch too lol

Feeling a little disheartened just hopped on the scales thinking ooh I should have lost something by now... Erm nope about 1/2 a pound I weigh on a thursday so I have 48 hours to shift something... I know week 2 can be dodgy weightloss wise anyway plus totm and I had a couple of working solution days... And I'm feeling a bit constipated urgh... But I really wanna get into those 11's!! onwards and downwards we must go... Xx

Hey Alana, don't panic, I had a crappy week 2 after a bumper week 1 as well, just stick to the plan and it will come off, I am in for 4-5lb this week after sts last week, so just keep plugging away xx

Oh struggling like mad, decided to do 2 WS days now my last day on Exante will be Wednesday and the fridge is torturing me now!! S & S on the way for after this weekend, so 2 weeks or so of that and then plan b, whatever that might be!! Toying with Atkins or calorie counting or atkins, still haven't decided I'll see how I feel next week. I need a new goal to inspire me I think

have a lovely weekend off!! I like the look of Atkins actually but it looks very complicated... :/ my hubby said If I swap to that he would be interested in doing it... Is it expensive to do? Considering the amount of meat you have to eat? Good luck on a new challenge too x

Hi again Alana!! I don't find that atkins is that expensive, I can give you an idea of what gerry has in a day and you can weigh it up cost wise for your supermarket.
Breakfast: 4 x eggs scrambled
Snack: Cheddar cheese cut up lovingly by me into cubes (LOL)
Lunch: Ham or chicken salad ( about 6oz meat) with lettuce cucumber, celery, spring onion, 1/4 tomato and literally a sprinkle of reg or green peppers.
Snack: More cheese cubes or he has 2 homemade burgers in the evening instead
Dinner: Usually something like a 6oz steak with cauli/ broccolli some other veggies, or chicken etc
We don't buy milk, bread, biscuits or chocolate or any processed foods at all, so it's not the expense of what I am buying its the saving for what I'm not buying if you get me.
Last night I made him chicken meatballs in a big dish of courgette"pasta", there was enough leftovers for lunch today, same if I make a low carb cottage pie or lettuce wrapped beef tacos, it cuts down on the cooking as well!!

Water retention and inconvenience and God I'm having horrific pains today my body getting back to normality after having LO oh the joys! I won't succumb to the peanut butter kitkat I have waiting in the kitchen for my end date!

I get terrible water retention, pains, mood swings, emotional, cravings! Lol I'm a walking disaster haha
I done Atkins once and initially found the cost quite high however it settled down. I saved on everything I wasn't buying and found the Atkins food filled me up quicker and kept me fuller for longer!

Peanut Butter Kit Kat...I am very glad that is in your fridge and not mine, in fact I am glad they don't even have them here!! I have been desperate for chocolate all day and I mean like would kill for some!!.
