Hey missus sorry you'rw not happy about the sts but at least it is better than a gain. You will prob be needing all the reserves you can get though as wee sam might be due a growth spurt, maybe bodies way of stocking up? Why dont you try a red or green day to mix it up. You could have the extra hex in the evening maybe cheese on toast, bowl of cereal or ryvitta minis if you want something snacky.

I wouldnt worry about going over your syns a wee bit, you can even it out over the week x

I keep meanin 2 mix up my days a bit but even tho I started when it was only red n green days I'm so used 2 extra easy now I tend 2 4get the old rules. I often find myself eatin baked beans on wat's sposed 2 b a red day n so end up changing it 2 b an extra easy day after all! lol!
 
Haha i know what you mean. Randomly i can never get my head around extra easy.... maybe a couple of veggie green days? You could have as much beans as you like then lol.

Breakfast, snacks n lunch all rolled in2 1 lol!: Apple, banana, strawberries, dahl loaf, activia raspberry yoghurt
Dinner: Tesco value fish in butter sauce (1.5syns), carrots, potatoes
Snack: Hot choc (2syns), 2 x Aplen lights (HXB)

HX's: 1 x HXA* & 1 x HXB
* in hot choc n coffee/tea

Syns: 3.5 :)

Exercise: 30mins walk :)

Snack: Banana
Brunch: Poached eggs, baked beans, dahl loaf
Snack: Apple, activia raspberry yoghurt
Dinner: "Pizza" [pitta (HXB), tom puree mixed wif indian spices n chilli flakes, tandoori chicken, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, grated mature cheddar (HXA)], BNS & sweet potato chips
Snack: prob the usual hot choc n alpens or mayb cheese on toast...will update accordingly...

HX's: 1 x HA & 1 x HXB...so far...

Syns: Nil...so far...:)

Exercise: 30mins walk :)

Well I'v done it again n messed up over the w/end! lol! I really don't kno Y I do this 2 myself! Over all it wasn't really my meals that were the prob it was all the other cr@p I scoffed as well! lol! Anyway 2day is yet another new day so here goes....

* tryin 2 decide between SW chicken Bhuna n SW chips or SW KFC n SW chips. I'v the curry n KFC both prepared, just the chips 2 do so I can ave 1 n freeze the other....

HX's: 1 x HXA* & 1 x HXB
* rest of HXA in drinks

Syns: 2 :)
 
You are alreadyon the wagon by posting you just need to get behind the steering wheel (my new fave saying) I had a pizza on sat aswell...
I think our bodies just expect crap on a weekend :) x

Ack i had a 'bad' weekend too haha must have been something in the water... still all you can do is get back on it. At least you are being good the rest of the time.

Do you tend to use your syns weekly or daily? If you used them weekly you could afford a blow out at the weekend and not feel too bad x

Thanks hun! I kinda count my syn on a daily basis but I shud consider doin it weekly - do u think it makes much difference?

Obviously if you are blowing all your syns the day before wi you will prob see a gain lol but as you weigh in mid week could be worth a go. You dont use alot of syns daily so it might help you feel more in control of a weekend doing it that way?

Well done on the exercise i have that dvd gathering dust somewhere lol. They are good though and easy to squeeze in during the day.

Hi hun! I'v been AWOL since last week n aven't been very good! lol! In fact this week's WI on Wed I'd gained 1lb. I kno it's doesn't seem like much but it's the 1st gain I'v had since I started doin SW back in 2008 other than the 2lb I gained on honeymoon n bein pregnant so it feels awful! Anyway I'v said I'v give my sis a hand 2 lose weight wif SW n Chris is lookin 2 get his weight under control now as well since he's in the process of stopping smoking (again! lol!) so I'm really gona ave 2 get my act 2gether so I can lead by example.
How r u doin now tho? I really hope yer feelin better xx
 
Well as I said in my last post unfortunately WI yesterday showed a 1LB gain 4 me which isn't really news considerin I'v not been following plan much n I reckon I'v been extremely lucky 2 escape wif STS's the last few weeks! So I'm getting back on track wif a vengeance now, altho it looks like this Sat n Sun r gona b a prob already! lol! We'v got a meal wif Chris's family on Sat nite which is gona b a Chinese takeaway - I'm not really a fan of Chinese food n there's not much I'd eat so I'l prob go 4 a chicken chow mein (I don't think it shud b THAT bad!?). Then on Sun it's fake-xmas wif my family inc my aunt n uncle. My aunt n uncle will b spendin xmas in Oz wif my cousin hence the fake-xmas wif my folks b4 the go. Hopefully it won't b 2 horrific syn-wise as dinner will b ok but pudding n wine will def b the spanners in the works! lol! The main thing is I'm gona help my sis lose sum weight doin SW (I'm gona b her "consultant" lol!) n I'l b seein her on Sun n Chris is wanted 2 lose weight as well now that he's givin up smoking again so I'm gona ave 2 lead by example so I'm seriously gona ave 2 buck my ideas up!!
 
Good luck to your hub stopping smoking it's so hard I've been quit 14 months tony 12 doable but hard:(

1lb is ok if you haven't been on plan just trystick to of and it'll come off.

I'v lost count of how many times he's tried 2 quit but he says he's def determined this time so I'l keep my fingers x'd 4 him n try 2 support him as best I can...

Yeah 1lb isn't bad in the grand scheme of things. I just need 2 shake of the mind-set of "I'l just ave this as a wee treat since I'm breastfeeding/just had a baby!" Its quite annoyin 2 b so close n yet so far from my pre-Sam weight!

Sam is doin ok thanx despite getting his 1st jabs on Wed (2wks late cos they kept changing his appointment!). He was very brave n didn't seem 2 suffer 2 much from them other than bein sleepy n a wee bit grouchy that evenin. The doc said the rotavirus vaccine mite give him diarrhoea but it hasn't altho I think he's avin sum wee belly cramps as he looks uncomfortable at times n seems 2 b struggling 2 parp! lol!

It's crazy hard to quit. Tony has an ecig and he's doing really well I'm so proud cause he was a heavy smoker I don't mind him having that cause it's way cheaper and healthier for him.
I gained 3 lbs the other week out of the blue I think it's cause the week before I had my wisdom teeth out and I couldn't eat for 3 days so the loss was probably water weight needless to say I was so peeved I just walked out of class with a sulk on!!
That rotavirus med is a new thing it have Isobel the worst upset tum, never had it when Imogen was a baby!! :) I have weaned Isobel early and she's looking like a right chunker!! She needs baby SW lol x

Sounds like you have good motivation to get back on track anyway with your sis and husband. It is great to have someone doing it with you. Good luck to your husband, giving up smoking is really tough. I triea countless times before it stuck and have given up nearly 7 years now. Those 24hr patches are great because you dont wake in the morning with a craving.

How is your week going and how is little sam? Are you doing anything nice for halloween?
