Ally's Diary - take two

Same, online system won't log in and i can't get through on the phone, mums gonna try ringing for me, hope she doesnt get an appointment with my usual doctor i'm likely to get shouted out, not been back for my 3 month PCOS checkup in nearly a year :p Bet she cant get me an appointment for at least 2 weeks.
 
2 weeks was the first appointment available. My leg might have fell off by then.
 
pfft, wishful thinking that :p the fat would magically transfer itself to somewhere else knowing my luck!

pomegranate...the solution to all my problems. I've been wanting chocolate all morning but been picking at my pomegranate pips instead, appears to be working.
 
Oooo just found out the app i use on my phone to track calories i've burned, where i've walked and whatnot has challenges, theres one at the moment for spring and for every calorie you burn they give you a "ticket" at the end the tickets are being put in a draw to win a premium subscription to the site/app. That bit doesnt interest me much, but i'm going to participate see how many calories i can wrack up, see if i can get a semi decent ranking. challenge doesnt end til end of april, so should be plenty of time to wrack up some calories, i know i won't get anywhere near the top, the top ones are already on like over 200k calories burned. But hey i like a challenge...hope this app will work when i'm on the treadmill
 
Need to walk to town to see about another tat, and build 2 cd racks today, that should cover today's body magic. Might go on qii if i get chance too

Lunch:3x crispbreads with cottage cheese and ham, pear
Tea: southern style jambalaya, kiwi

Now I remember why I never go by the wii fits weight, that has me at 14 stone 5lb, 7lb heavier than what I weigh on my scale and that's with it set at -3 to counteract my clothes despite my clothes weighing only 1lb. Stupid thing.
 
Going to Anglesey for the day today, taking lunch with us though as not much will be open

Breakfast: banana, kippers and scrambled egg
Lunch: ham bap, pomegranate pips, melon, muller Greek, special k bar
Tea: jambalaya, Chinese egg fried rice and salad

Hea: milk
Heb: wholemeal roll

Syns: muller Greek 0.5, special k bar 4.5, butter 1, chorizo 1, egg fried rice 3, little chef hot choc (milk from hea) 5?

Managed to get a doctors appointment for wednesday :D Must be some cancellations, glad as well, hip murder today and on the drive to work i realised its been more than a few weeks its been giving me grief, last year when i was swimming i had to keep stopping cos of my hip, so that makes it at least 9 months.

Breakfast: Special k chewy bar, banana, muller light
Lunch: ham sandwich, fridge raiders, babybels, kiwi, banana
Tea: bacon, lm sausages and egg

Hea: milk
Hea: 2x babybels
Heb: special k chewy
Heb: bread

Syns: marg 1, gum 0.5, rock piece 2, fridge raiders 1.5, animal bar 5, werther 1, cake 5
Total syns: 16
Free Snacks: apple, prepacked fruit

There is chocolate underneath my desk, i am fighting SO hard not to eat it.2 and half hours til i go home and won't have to fight my *but i want to eat itttt* thoughts.
 
Underneath? As on the floor. Definitely don't eat it - it may not be chocolate ;-)

haha, its on the floor, but in a bag, underneath my desk, my mum really knows how to test my willpower of resisting chocolate...sends me to buy it them i have to sit with it under my desk!
