So I have a gig tonight, and its a heavy metal band so i expect to get murdered in the mosh. Trying to track my exercise on MFP, but i don't know what "being murdered in a mosh pit" would come under, so i put down as half an hour dancing as my random jumping about will probably come to about that amount!
I have my sandwiches and fruit with me for my tea, and i got a salad + fruit salad from morrisons salad bar last night for my lunch cos i was being a lazy ass and couldn't be bothered making my own, however it should all be free (cous cous MAY have a syn in it will have to check)
Breakfast: 2 weetabix, banana and rowse acacia honey
Lunch: Morrsions salad bar salad (babyleaf leaves, cucumber, grated carrot, hard boiled egg, feta and citrus cous cous (minus the feta) with babybels and salad bar fruit salad (melon, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, pomegranate, blueberries), muller light, curly wurly
Tea: Egg sandwiches, nectarine, yellow plums, pom bears
HEa: milk
HEa: 2x babybel
HEb: weetabix
HEb: bread
