Tea: prawn and mango curry, banana

Looks 100x better in real rather than on the picture (photo does not do it justice and its only an hour so old so still very red will look 1000x better when its healed)
 
Was gonna go gym this morning but leg is pretty sore and I'm still stupidly tired. I've decided it's the amount of detail done on tattoos that makes me tired cos the other one I was fine with and that's not as detailed

Tea: peking lamb and asparagus, strawberries blackberries and melon topped with shape zero blackberry yog

Oh yeah forgot to say, i got on scales this morning and pre weigh in weigh in is showing a 1lb gain! Typical aint, don't go gym, lose, go gym and i gain. Sounds bought right for my body.
 
I stayed the same. For no apparent reason. Oh well.

This week is going to be mostly EE days with 2 or 3 red. Don't know how this will effect my weight loss as i usually do it other way round but i hope i lose 1lb next week to meet my mini goal. If I lose more it gives me slight more leeway for a gain on holiday. Think I can afford to gain a couple of pound on holiday if i am to get to 12 stone for october.
 
Maybe it will shake my body into losing that 1lb
