And we can store up to -twice that- in water weight - so you may find more of your gain was water and more flushes out. I know what you mean with the peeing, I was up every couple of hours last week but if it helps it helps!

It is the one good thing about dear ole Atkins. Those horrible 'gains' that come on so quick shift off pretty sharpish once you're back on track. And you are!
 
Feeling a stone heavier is horrible and hopefully will make me think twice about putting illegal food in my mouth in the volume I've just done ... Miserable! Uncomfortable! Joints are stiff and walking has lost its pleasure! Feel old and fat!

Ha ha... Am sounding very dramatic but I hope if I re-read when I'm about to sabotage again it will help to make me think twice ...

Have just made version of a cheeseburger pie - ingredients : pork mince, spring onions, celery, spinach, garlic, mushrooms, half a stock pot... Topping: 2 eggs (thats all I had) mayonnaise cream cheese sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese

Oooh looks fab. I didn't go for the beef version but might try this. Great values in it too even if you ate half the bake!
 
Yes, a quarter of it came to 393 cals and 5 carbs

I thought it looked like a tiny serving, gosh you are so restrained, I would have inhaled the lot! Or at least eaten all the cheese off the top :)
 
I've not been hungry really since Thursday when I started - still feel stuffed ! lol ... I think it's because I consumed SOOO much - a manic amount of rubbish - seriously manic mountain!

Another 3.5lbs off this morning - that's 8.5lbs loss in 2 days - amazing - which I think is just proof of the amount/volume of cr@p I consumed in such a short time. So, it does prove if it's not in for long - and I mean days rather than weeks - then it goes off really quickly!

Busy day - helping friends move into their new office in Soho this morning - then need a new small telly for my bedroom - crucial! Will get from Argos, then having lunch or whatever with another friend then probably home to collapse! lol

B - a small-ish portion of the porkie pie thingie.

p.s. - currently feeling like a bloke cos of the amount I've lost over these 2 days!!! Wish it would continue at that rate! (sigh) xx

Update... Feeling so much more agile this morning - almost back to the sprinting walk I've been doing since I've been weighing less !! Rock on! Lol

Just shows the impact though of a weight gain - mine was a stone plus 4lbs from the lowest I've been now I'm only up 10lbs from lowest! Horrendous !!!
 
Wow, well done on the loss, you are back in the zone. Great motivation for me, I am going to start back today, I want that springy feeling, had to drag myself out if bed this morning.
 
Brilliant brilliant brilliant, you shining star you. Back in the zoooone. You're definitely prone to water retention - something to remember if you stall in hot weather again. Now let's send the rest of those hitchhikers packing ;)

I seem to be prone to not just water retention but highly sensitive to alcohol sweeteners mims and franken foods in general lol

Still have a huge tummy but energy and agility are returning !! Yippee!!

Next aim - after this aim to get back to posted weight in July of 14st 6lbs is to get to 13st 10lb (8st loss) and then go onto OWL... It might help me re-introduce foods in a calmer way - rather than the mental insanity that I just experienced!! Lol

Not sure I've done too well today ... Had to have Indian with a friend who was desperate to have one so I chose tikka but it was marinaded in yoghurt spice stuff

Hope so ML.. But not getting hung up about it... Am likely to stall tomorrow but in the scheme of things it's fine... I'm so goddamn sensitive to everything which is a bit annoying! Lol x
 
One day is not a stall :p I am only going to take your weekly gains / losses into account from here on out and this week will be a YAY even if you don't lose another lb because 8lbs in a week is epic, lady.

Just made a very odd breakfast - 105g king prawns 3 mushrooms garlic 20g cheddar a slosh of red wine vinegar cooked in butter. Quite nice though

Hi it is so hard to stop weighing daily, my scales are not great, dial is too small, so it means I can only gauge the lbs. Probably just as well as I would drive myself nuts weighing lots of times during the day....
