Morning everyone
Well it's first weigh in tomorrow. Will see how I get on. I have stuck to my pro-points and still have plenty of weeklies for after weigh in so I can have a guilt free bottle of wine if I want on Saturday night.
Managed to get my ass out of bed at 6am and have been to the gym yesterday and today before work, hope I can keep this up.
My knees are hurting but I know this will only get better.
Food today is:
Brekkie - 2 wholemeal toast, boiled egg and ketchup, pineapple
dinner - salad, chicken and sweet chilli sauce, 3 mini pitta, mullerlight and fruit
tea - salmon with stir fry and noodles
snacks - probably will be bag of butterkist popcprn, sunbites and a ww bar tonight with a cuppa.
