i have started today , 2 exantes down one more to go .

Everything ok. Hubby works away and came home yesterday so been busy.

Weighed in and I was 18 stone and half a pound!!

Have 37 PP a day wow!!! Staring today but going out for a meal for my neices birthday so will try and pick sensible, it is a Thai restaurant so should be quite healthy .

Hiya everyone

Meal was gorgeous. MMMmmm I had thai chicken with white rice and a piece of prawn toast don't know how many points but I put 25 for the meal should be more than enough. Thai food is generally quite healthy.

Anyway today is a new day.

Brekkie: - Belvita bars and pineapple

Lunch: - Mackerel salad and boiled egg, yogurt and fruit

Tea: - Roast veg and chicken thighs......

Trying to keep carbs down a bit as well.

morning Helen . wise food choices . keeping carbs down weight will fall off you , i know so many people who have kept carbs down and lost so much .
you seem to be better now switching diets .

Been really busy thelast few days , havent had chance to post or catch up on any threads.

I am managing great on pro points, can't beleive how much I am eating. Mind you I am on 37 a day and I know that will drop.

Morning everyone

Well it's first weigh in tomorrow. Will see how I get on. I have stuck to my pro-points and still have plenty of weeklies for after weigh in so I can have a guilt free bottle of wine if I want on Saturday night.

Managed to get my ass out of bed at 6am and have been to the gym yesterday and today before work, hope I can keep this up.

My knees are hurting but I know this will only get better.

Food today is:

Brekkie - 2 wholemeal toast, boiled egg and ketchup, pineapple

dinner - salad, chicken and sweet chilli sauce, 3 mini pitta, mullerlight and fruit

tea - salmon with stir fry and noodles

snacks - probably will be bag of butterkist popcprn, sunbites and a ww bar tonight with a cuppa.
