Evening all ....Another fairly boring day sat on my bum!!!....Called Doctor today and he has given me some anti-inflam tablets and some codene knock out tablets!!...The pain pills have taken the edge off my back pain, but it's still there..actually been a lot more painful today than yesterday
I'm going to dose up and get an early night, would love to have a nice hot bath, but am gonna have to stick with the shower as I don't want to get stuck in the bath!!

I'm not sure how I am controlling my food intake right now as im starving..well probably more boredom that hunger!
My friend came to see me and brought me a subway chicken wrap today...I felt bad as she had gone for what she thought was the lowest thing on the menu..I have no clue how many points they are?...Anyway I took a couple of bites and told her I would save the rest for later..then gave it to skinny sil
My sister went to pick up my tablets and brought me back some flowers, so sweet, and it's her birthday today bless her.

Hi all ... Resisited the muffins..yippeeeee!!!...Scales, as usual, are doing my head in!!...I have no clue if I will have lost this week as have had zero activity, have stuck to diet with only a small glitch on Monday though

My back is twinching (sp) like hell today, think it's because it felt a lot better yesterday so I did more. Have taken a tablet this morning and its not touched the pain..grr, I wanted to go shopping today, but looks like im going to have to do tesco online then send hubby out to farm foods for some frozen bits.

Oh I did some measurements the other night and have lost a total of 7inches in four weeks from waist, hips, neck (wtf??!!) and thigh!..So that cheered me up a bit.

Have been busying myself on the pc making up our wedding photobook (did mums ones ages ago but never got round to doing ours!)...So lots of lovely memories of the day came flooding back

Anyhow I think i'm going to lay down on the couch for a bit (it's a hard life you know )

Love it that tesco deliver and love to find vouchers ..Found one for 7-50 off so got my delivery plus anther 3-50 towards shopping

I dont know how ive managed to be good with the points this week as ive been feeling so sorry for myself and lots of treats is usually the only way to cure that feeling
Although I am having a treat, hubby has promised me a late mums day pressie (I say late because payday isnt till 27th )...Im finally getting some GHD'S woooooooooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooo
Have wanted them for like ever!!!!

I told him mine are soon going to pack up (well they might be )

Hubs is cooking spag bol for dinner tonight while I continue to moan and groan about my back..even the knockout pills didnt have any effect

Lol @ gaston ... The straighteners I have at the moment were ones avon were selling for £30 ages ago..My friends cousin worked in the avon warehouse and urrmmm...Got me some and charged a fiver ..bargain

I haven't got them yet hun, have to wait until payday (27th )..Ive found the normal ones on the ghd site for £116 and you get a goodie bag aswell ....Have got sil asking her hairdresser friend if she can get them at trade price, but they all seem to be around the same price....

They are not extra wide, I had some like that but a different brand ages ago and couldn't get on with them.

Hi all, Well ive been on the couch again for most of today and Hubby has been making me take the pain pills every four hours, so been a bit zombiefied!!!

Hubby cooked a nice turkey roast dinner (the berand mathews turkey joint things..yummy!)...He's got the washing on and ready to sort the packing up and the ironing out...Diamond geezer

Not a right lot been going down today really, am dreading tomorrow I have to get up and make it to the school so am hoping the back doesn't give way half way there!!

Oh and it's WI tomorrow as well ... Today I checked and was still the same weight I was on Monday, I'd be happy to stick with that as I have had not exercise...But as I said in an earlier post during the week I had put 3lbs on ...I actually loathe my scales right now! x
