So last night I had dinner really late with my parents and ended up having southern fried chicken and chips from the chip shop, I really didn't enjoy it, it was greasy, and had no colour on my plate. I hardly ate any of it, and it just reinforced my love for slimming world.
Hooray for slimming world and good yummy food!

Hi guys, so on Thursday at weigh in, I had put on 2lbs, I have not been able o get under 17st, so my consultant has given me the fast forward plan to do, I am allowed 31 points a day, and have made meal plans and lists and have been shopping today ready for 6 days of fast forward, I have not done it today, for other reasons but am starting tomorrow, I'll update to say how I'm finding it etc, I will also be doing my normal amount of exercise, I did go to the gym is morning and do 1 and a half hours, which wasn't too bad. Here's to a fast forward week!
 
Currently drinking a coffee with measured milk - a fairly normal start to the day, apart from we only had White bread in the house so my lovely other half has gone to the shop quickly to grab some :) I'm off to my sisters later for tea and taking my own food with me. Hope you're having a great Saturday, hoping for a fabulous loss this week on fast forward!
 
It's official - I'm hungry have planned for today and have a couple of units left over so may have a snack now :)
 
So it's official I'm starving, I have never felt this hungry being on slimming world, but what I have to remember is this is not the normal slimming world way, and my body needs this, I'm struggling but I will do this, I need to!
 
So, am still on fast forward, and just cooking lunch, a much smaller portion than I would normally have but hopefully a yummy one! However I cannot stop thinking about food, like massive roast chicken dinners, im not craving anything syn-ish just a decent sized meal!
 
Just finished lunch and even though it was a much smaller portion - I'm stuffed!! Hopefully it will keep me going for a while. :)

Hey lovely, it is super hard, i know it's not about calories but I worked out how many calories roughly I'm eating on fast forward and it's about 1100. I really cannot get past this point and I haven't seen the scales at home move alot this week, we'll see!
