Gettin weighed tonight afte 6days of fast forward - hoping I've got a few pound off and have got into those 16's!!

I asked her to look at my weight loss record and since august I've been playing around with the same 3/4lbs, and she suggested fast forward and then went through it with me once everyone had left group :) x

So, got weighed at the gym today and was told lots of different things;

Body fat = 40% - need to get that to 25%

Visceral fat = 8 - should be 4

Muscle mass = 9 or 90 - can't remember haha!

Body age = 35 - my body thinks it's 35! I'm 20! I dread to think what it was before i lost 5 stone!!

I will be having this done every month or so at the gym to try and keep an eye on things, and it's an extra goal to go for.

So, on Thursday, I lost 2.5lbs yay! I have since then been super naughty, but am back on plan today :) it was my works Christmas do and let's just say I flexi-synned! But I'm back on it today and I'm off to the gym - as I'm off work now till the new year I'll be taking advantage of the gym! Food diary for today to follow :) xx
