I have just been reading your diary and thought I would stop by - you certainly seem to have this exercise lark licked don't you? Well done for that and a massive well done for losing the equivalent of a generous sized baby in 2 weeks! 8.5lbs is a massive loss and you should be very proud of yourself.

Please come over and take a look at my diary, I am a total loser (in the bad sense) when it comes to dieting and SW, even though its a great diet, I am pretty crap at it, so if you ever feel like you have messed up, come and see my diary - it'll make you feel a lot better when you see a real messer!

Although if we are going to be mini-friends I must ask that you stop watching TOWIE immediately! It is the most awful show in the world and shows us real Essex people as daft twits living off their family ill earned money! (that's me putting it mildly!) - Obv, I am joking hun and you can watch whatever you like. Actually my good friend is a Production Manager for TOWIE and used to also work on Geordie Shore, although I have never seen that one. She confirms that they are all generally as daft as they appear on screen!

Quick update jus to say hellloooooo I am here!

I am still on the band wagon and lost 3lbs at weigh in last night, I did to the pub afterwards and enjoyed a lovely meal, and went over syns but I really did need it, I am finding it difficult to get back into work mode, but hey I loved the Easter holidays!!

Hey guys, just a quick one to day I am still on plan! 100% and have still been going to the gym, life at the moment is super hectic so no food diaries for a while but I'll try to post as much as I can. Been to the gym this morning and did spin for 45mins then body pump for an hour. Still really enjoying it. :) Off to a kids party this afternoon, I will stay on plan!!

Heyy, once again I fell off the band wagon, with a new relationship and lots going on including having 3 consecutive bouts of tonsillitis since May.
But now both my other half and I are doing slimming world, as he wants to lose a bit of weight too. Im back at the gym as well yay!
I'm thinking of rejoining a group too when I get paid? but I was off plan as we were going on dates etc, but he's healthy eating too it makes it so much easier! We went for an hours walk last night as well, was so lovely!
