Hi everybody, so I've been away for a while now, I've had a lot going on and I'm still on my weight loss journey I've tried a number of things over the last couple of months but haven't found anything that works as well as slimming world for me.

I am currently on a 4 week plan at the gym where they weighed and measured me last Monday, I've been to the gym 5 times this week. And I'm absolutely loving the gym!! I just have to get my food back on track

I'm now back on slimming world but not going to a group at the moment.

I've spent a year messing around and now I need to get back on it!!

Sorry I've been MIA - the relationship I was in has ended, he broke up with me on Friday saying he doesn't want a relationship anymore and he wants to be single, we had been together 5months - although it wasn't long it was very intense and he had given me an eternity ring - it was pretty serious. I'm slowly getting back on track but I'm not eating properly at the moment as I feel sick all the time. I'm going to try and eat properly today a bit, since it's my birthday tomorrow

Solo after 2 nights out on the town I am officially shattered. Going out though, has made me realise how badly I want to lose weight. I am so confident when I'm talking to people but I am always so worried about what they are thinking, when lads look at me I'm thinking, are they looking at me because I look nice, or at how fat I am? I am 100% committed to this.

Hi guys, so I'm thinking of going back to a slimming world group, I've been struggling for about a year and I really think I need to get back on the band wagon, if I have 1 less night out a month, I could totally afford it, instead of buying all the gorgeous clothes I want, I should do this for me instead. I will be starting fresh with a new account. I'm actually really excited!

So I did day 9 of Insanity this morning and am still LOVING it - was going to head to the gym after work but my mum, sister, sister in law and niece have all got the nuerovirus so as soon as I'm done at work I'll be heading home to check on everybody and look after my nephew for my sister. I do love being an Auntie!! Not sure what I'll manage to grab for dinner but I know I can do this no matter what. My head is totally in this at the moment,. I really think coming back on here helps and now I am a single pringle I have a lot of motivation as I do want to meet someone someday, maybe not right now but I do want to meet someone, and I know that I'm already confident but putting my confidence and bubbliness with a decent body that I feel comfortable in will make a difference. I'm always so paranoid that blokes are looking at me for all the wrong reasons, I want to feel lovely.
