So, I've been doing good the last couple of days.
I am now losing weight and feeling much more in control, just in time for Christmas. I have set myself some very structured goals, as this year will definitely be the year for me. I've still got my gym membership and after Christmas I have dropped a night at university so will be able to get back there a little more often.
As soon as I start feeling myself slip, I will be absolutely joining a group to help me. After Christmas I may do this anyway, as I am living in a new area, I can see what the groups are like round here.
I am going to be trying to exercise in the mornings too if my other half is on a morning shift then I'll get up with him. I know exactly where I am and am back in control and feeling great, over the last 2 weeks I've lost half a stone.
2014 will be my year, my other half is so supportive of everything I do, although, I have definitely enjoyed my dates and eating lots with him, it is now the time to use our money to better use and enjoy cooking, I have all of my SW magazines here and recipe books so I will enjoy that!
I am cooking Christmas dinner for me and my other half, it is both our first times having dinner not with our parents. I will have Christmas dinner off plan, but will be as good as possible - my new thinking is 'everything in moderation'.
Here is to a final push. I'm ready!!
