Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I usually do also. But today has just been very unplanned. Lol gonna watch a DVD here and if I fancy a bit of chocolate then I suppose a hifi bar will do the trick :)

i know, i shouldnt worrybut i do eat loads and sometimes wonder if i should cut down, especially when other people talk about their small portions ect. but i shouldnt worry i know i loose less when i try to cut down.

personally i always have my hex's and i dont loose if i dont, but at the same time i wouldnt suggest forcing yourself to eat if you dont feel hungry.

Jenna I don't think cheese tastes so good on wholemeal bread but I definately need buy wholemeal as opposed to 50/50 and stop cheating.
Honey pop first of all...how lucky are you to have little one looked after every weekend. You actually get to wake up of your own accord lol my wee one has stayed out 3 times in 3 years lol

Do you know deb I honestly don't notice a dif in the taste of wholemeal to white anymore (maybe its just been so long since I had white). I ALWAYS toast my bread though, I'd never have just a normal wholemeal sandwich!

You're loving oul jillian these days haha! Good luck with the treadmill tomo! I'm for the gym after work...which I'm most upset about after having a lovely week off!
 
Deb my appointment is Thursday at 3pm. Quite excited about finally seeing someone and I fly on holiday on Saturday!! Yippee!!
 
Thanks for asking Deb but hip is still giving me jip lol! Driving me nuts I can't exercise but know if I do something too soon it won't heal so need to be patient....not my strongest quality!

Have been spoilt today....DH went to Tesco & I popped into Next for a little wander & when he picked me up he saw a jacket, told me to try it on, loved it on me & bought it for me! Lucky me! I bought myself a pair of relaxed skinny jeans size 10 ecru colour & tried on another relaxed skinny in denim size 10, too big! so tried on the 8 & they fit! Haha, it was 14 years ago when I could get into a size 8......so happy days!

100% days on plan = 31/31
No booze = 33 days

I tend to eat my Hex's but if not I don't really worry too much but I wouldn't make it a regular thing as its important to have them for a healthy balanced diet.....a one off won't matter tho.

Here's to another good week for us all x

Think it was a fluke pair lol! Have got a pair of 8 jeans in my wardrobe I bought from the Next sale that are my target jeans as didn't get the 8's today as didn't like them on.....felt & looked like an UmpaLumpa in them lol!

I'm sure u will be in ur target jeans soon if ur fitting into other next size 8's. I love the feeling of being to close to target :)
 
I find different styles vary with sizing tho! I get most of my clothes in Next & find I can wear anywhere from an 8 - 12!

I find that too. It's annoying. The female body can just never be straight forward like the males body.
I can never ask anyone to buy me clothes cause I don't have a clue what style/ shop will fit. But I can go out and buy clothes for my bf n dad and every shops it's the same size. Ugh

We have too many lumps & bumps that's our problem! I just wish they would standardize sizing as if would make our lives so much easier! The trouble is were all sucked into sizing.....its only a number & if it fits & looks good does it really matter as long as were happy with our little body!

Awww its nice when they decide to spoil us and well done on getting in the jeans, even if it was only that style that you can get in the 8 its shows your on your way there and it won't take long.

I have some size 8's from my Auntie that one of them fits lovely, one nearly fits, haven't tried the others on yet and the others I've given to my mum as they'll never fit (I'd have to chop my bum off) sizes are a pain, I wish they would all be standardised. Men do have problems too though or when they're as fussy as my boyfriend they do, he can't shop in asda anymore as they're sizes are massive.



Busy again today, like a fool agreed to babysit two of my nephews today.... going to do it at my nanna's so will be nice to see her and will also be a bit of support haha. But that means I might not have time for the crosstrainer until later :/ sisters picking me up at 10 so it depends on what time I get back from dropping little one off at school. If not I'll have to do it before lunch so its not the end of the world but I do like just getting it done in the morning because then I know I'm not going to just put it off.
 
So the scales jumped quite a lot today... I didn't eat anything different than usual days but I know I'm not eating very healthy. I'm going to do this the week I'm back off holiday too because ill follow sw then. Must try on bikinis tonight.....

I wouldn't worry Nikki, jumping up like that it won't be fat gain as you can't put on fat that quickly.


Gah- we need to order this stupid batcave, I hate how my boyfriend puts off buying things all the time. The price is just going up constantly. It was £35 at smythys last month and £42 on amazon last week, now the cheapest it is anywhere is £45! I'd order it myself now but don't have an amazon account, I'll wait for him to get home and if he doesn't order it tonight I'll set one up tomorrow and order it myself.
 
Morning. Weigh in tomorrow!!! Eek. 100% today ad minimal syns to make up for yesterday.
1/4 lb up on the scale so hopefully that plus more will be off tomorrow!!

STS. Would really like another 1.5lbs off by Friday, to get rid of that unexplained gain from last week & a bit of a loss as well. The only thing I can think of I wasnt drinking enough, so since Friday I've been drinking 2 x 750ml bottle of squash & my coffee on top of that.....lets see if that helps. Im not stressing about it tho, as I know Im shrinking slowly & the scales are the devils work lol!
