Have been AWOL for a couple of days as busy on nights with no internet, which isn't good for my MM addiction! Disappointed with my lack of exercise this week, but have been working the last few nights & was busy with DIY/painting at the weekend. Am pleased tho that I have only been off plan one day since my challenge started 4 weeks ago, so 4 more weeks to go to lose the last 2.5lbs!!!
you will do it...no problem!! got a fright trying to get into my jeans today so need to look at getting battery for scales. still not getting it into my head that crisp and chocolate don't work. just not digging this focus or lack off. night off from shred but back on tom..loads walking with kids today. not fast paced but moving at least lol
