I've really been suffering today with stomach pains and needing to go to the toilet a lot, was like it a little yesterday as well but a lot worse today... I don't feel ill though... I'm just hoping it isn't the soya milk not agreeing with me as I had a small glass on Sunday and then 300mls both yesterday and today as a healthy extra... what do you think?

Trying to just up my vitamin D intake, but then I've also thought it may help with my skin problems (rashes and eczema) so hope it isn't that :/ but I suppose if it is then at least I'm on the tablets for my vit D, my skin will just have to suffer
Is there more vit d in soya than cows milk then? Just be careful you're not taking more than the RDA unless your GP has recommended

Not decided on food plan yet for tomorrow, but if I have milk I think I'll go for skimmed, then if my stomach is better then I'll have a go at the soya again then if I have the same problem I'll know to avoid it in future. Thanks Kim

morning ladies!! felt myself having a "sod it" attitude last night and had two packs crisp and biscuit. been feeling bit rubbish about it but not completely beating myself up if you know what i mean? so decided to scale hop as i knew the result would help me stay focused, esp with weekend away comin up...8st 7.75 not official wi til tomorrow but excellent to see the scale go down, even if its not the case tomorrow i will feel like it can be done.
i ate awful on Saturday, so much so that i took slim a tea to ease the boating. i haven't did exercise but do you think some folk generally don't lose weight when exercising?
just thinking back and the month i did exercise i didn't see movement really on scale? just thinking that it will be good to hold onto that fact when i start exercise again x

Hope we are all well.
37 weeks here and have my midwife appointment in a hour. As you can see from my sig another massive weight gain this week but I think I am a bit swollen, my rings wont budge, my watch which used to spin around my wrist is stuck fast and even leaves indents and my face looks a little puffy. Going to mention it to midwife today because she always asks if I have any swelling. Looking in the mirror whilst naked and dont think I look too bad. The legs are chubby but I know thats the one place I can lose instantly from and also the arms but I can work on those
I'm all set at home and hospital bag is packed. Just waiting for the big day now. I am dreading the thought of going overdue because that is like another 5 weeks so just in case I do go over i'm going to start on the diet tomorrow, plenty of water, cutting out sweets/crisps/choccie and bread.
