I have to confess brought the 30 day shred and I have not even taken the wrapping off it. I am such a lazy moo I really must start exercising

Well done Baby_Cakes - its amazing how quickly the exercise bug bites isn't it - I had an odd day yesterday and didn't get on the wii - was gagging to get on it this morning!Proper ready to get started now, did some gym training yesterday, only for a short time, but it made me regales just how much I've missed it! DVD tonight for me!
LadyJo - I wish I loved the gym - i just found it so boring - I guess I one of those that needs a buddy. So understand where you are coming from re Kit Kat lol!I never thought I'd ever say this but I really enjoy th gym. Good thing about exercise is it shows u how much u actually have to do to work off even just little treats and sometimes it's just not worth it!! 15 mins on cross trainer for a two finger kit Kat??!! No thanks!!!
Hi Kellie - course you can - will add you to Role Cole shortly - what day is your weigh day? Just look at it as 7lbs at a time - we are a happy little bunch - so don't be afraid to ask questions or vent or cry - that's why we are all here xxxHi could I join you guys as well please I started my diet on Monday so that will br my weigh day I was 17st 10.5lb and I would like to get down to 11 stone. I am going to try and do it in small chunks as nearly 7 stone to lose seems to be so daunting. Looking forward to getting to know you all
ive also got biggest loser for the wii i think i remember doing step aerobics on there which i loved so if my board is working i might have a go on that later!

Thanks Kellie - its been quite easy ok - been a few moments but I have got myself back on track and not used it as an excuse to stuff my piggy face! If you do balls up - just look at it as one day in seven or one meal in 21 - it will give you the reality check you need. Have you got a special occasions coming up or did you just decide its the right time for you to diet? I have loads of reasons - I should say I'm doing it for me (which I am) and my kids (I am) but the motivation was the thought of bikini in August and skinny sister and sis in law lol!3 stone loss is amazing well done I so wish I liked exercise as I constantly start something then go once or twice then give up but I know it does speed things up so I might have to try again I am just such a lazy moo its untrue but reading about all the exercise that you guys do I must start something
Right all added - if you find the weekend is a bit naughty and then you sts at weigh in - move your weigh in day to Friday or Saturday morning - you can then save a few calories each day to make up for the over-cals during the weekend xThank you donna weigh in day will be Monday as that's when I started so it makes sense and also if I have it Monday it might encourage me to be good over the weekend as thats normally when I am at my worst
