Good idea donna. For me WI is a Monday. 2lbs lost so far
My calorie intake is 1500 not goin to eat back exercise cals unless i have a treat. Hoping to lose average of 2lb a week.
Thanks for encouragement think i need it this time to keep goin and put myself first for a change.

Hi zippygeorgeandben - well done for your 3lbs loss - thats a bloody good start!!! fingers cross for weigh in tomorrow - have added you to Roll Call - have you opened a diary so that we can support you there as well?My first weigh in was last monday and I lost 3.lbs. No alcohol tonight for me and I haven't 'picked' or 'grazed' during the day. Fingers crossed for a .5lbs loss on Monday. My target is 2lbs a week. For years, I've always tried as much as possible in the shortest time as possible.

Lmc a sts is better than a gain. Your defo heading in the right direction. Can you place where you may have just eaten maintenance cals?
