Proper ready to get started now, did some gym training yesterday, only for a short time, but it made me regales just how much I've missed it! DVD tonight for me!
Really struggling tonight!!
I'm on 1630 calories, and burning around 600 calories a day at the gym, but I always eat half back - and on some days I have 2000!! I don't feel as if I'm on a diet (obviously its a lot lot less than what I usually eat or I wouldnt be this big!)
What do people reckon, should I reduce my cals, or say to never eat back exercise cals?
I just feel like Im not doing much!!

Right today I'm gunna try and not eat back my calories! And I think I'll take your advice, I'll wait until WI on Monday and then decide what to do
