6am pre-breakfast snack - multipack of crisps - 1000 cals
Breakfast - another multipack of crisps - 1000 cals
Elevensies - haribo tangtastics & mawoam strips - 1200 cals
Lunch - mini cheddars & oddities - 1500 cals
Mid afternoon snack - a Terry's chocolate orange - 800 cals
Tea - 1/2 a cadburys creme egg cheesecake - 4000 cals
Then about 45 minutes after tea I'll likely throw up therefore calorie consumption for the day will be zero

So nervously stepped on scales..... This has proved to me not weighing is better for me so scales away again for 4 weeks, aim is for 1.5lb loss in those 4 weeks taking me to 10:7
