Tomorrow all planned, well breakfast & lunch are. We are having beans on toast for breakfast then swimming in the pool on site, then going to head in to Filey for some lunch. Tea is pasta bolognese which I'm cooking as we speak so I just have to do the pasta when we are back....

Day off today & ended at around 2500 cals but walked 7 miles & am planning a 1200 cal tomorrow as we are on site so will cook at the van which will make it easier. Enjoying my holiday though very much
