At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Mid bedroom paint break..... I'm covered I'm the worst clumsy decorator, good job we are changing the carpet cos I spilt straight away lol!!! While paint is drying we have chests of drawers to build then while second cost dries a bed to build so will be non stop.... Think it may have to be a takeaway or a ready meal tonight. Bought a pizza for the boy so he will be ok, right now I'm happy with a ready meal but not sure what will happen later.....
 
I'm sure all the energy your using and calories you're burning up will balance out any takeaway you may succumb to. I'm terrible with painting because I'm so slow and picky, it has to be perfect or I throw a strop!

Won't ever offer to help you then I'm rubbish!!! I've been building drawers too but I can't seem to get the runners on I was getting mad so I have walked away to restock
 
Well as of tomorrow I'm back to weighing daily, my clothes feel tight & I'm over eating on up days with not being accountable. Am expecting them to be horrific after 4 up days which have been high & at beginning of totm. May well be 11:9ish but I'm hoping it will come down quickly
 
Do what works for you :) some book I read advised if you can handle the truth/ reality of your weight with out it effecting you badly, Then go for it, If it keeps you accountable great!

I haven't weight for last week or 2, as been away. But I've thought about it daily lol
 
Well I got them back & jumped on post breakfast & dinner & it may not be as bad as I thought but I still need them back lol....

Bedroom finally done just need to get the carpet & gloss done but I have painted walls & a nice new bed so am a happy girl...

Loving your room Lexie. And glad you got your runners sorted as there's nothing worse than wonky drawers ;) If you need to weigh daily do it. You could even try just weighing in the morning to be less scale dependent? Small steps xx

Yeah I'm gonna try & just do mornings.... Xx
 
Well that's shocked me, scales recording 11:5:0 which is 1.75lb lower than Thursday after 4 up days..... I'm happy with that so 2.25lbs to get back to lowest. Fasting today & Wednesday & hoping to be a lot closer to that weight by Thursday
 
So do you think the feeling that your clothes were tighter was all in your head because you felt out of control?
