At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Going to move my Monday fast to Sunday this week as school holidays make it more slightly more difficult as we have plans Monday but Wednesday is ok. Admit I what have a Gregg's sandwich & about 1/3 bag of chips with my boy as that's what he wanted for lunch & it was bloody lovely!!! Not sure what's for tea yet I've for a fish pie ready meal which is shouting my name & there is HD beef & ale casserole leftovers that the boys can have...
 
Just planned next weeks menus all from HD book (white one)

Monday - chicken tikka masala
Tuesday - chilli salad bowls
Wednesday - meatballs (I'm fasting so I'll have no pasta with them)
Thursday - old fashioned chicken stew
Friday - easy crispy chicken with home made wedges & salad

Gotta love holiday weeks from work so you can create culinary masterpieces lol

They're amazing Cate white one is my favourite. I cook from it at least twice a week I reckon.... You can make it lower cal than they say too cos they use oil to fry bits off whereas I use fry light... They're so tasty though x

Hmmm bit surprised to see 11:3:0 this morning as had a good 1600 cal day again yesterday but never mind it's just a fluctuation. Good day planned today with healthy but tasty foods. Am at work til 130

Breakfast - toast & butter
Lunch - 2 sushi taster packs
Tea - lasagne (homemade) with large salad
Snacks - trail mix & mixed berries & a fruit pot from tesco (apple orange strawbs & grapes)

That's what's planned & I'm sure somewhere something a bit naughtier will sneak in. Fasting tomorrow as meant to be out Monday but may not happen but still think tomorrow is a better option for me this week
 
Scales 11:4:0 today so looking like best I will get this week is a sts but I'm ok with that. I'm fasting today instead of tomorrow & it's not too bad although have had my bigger meal at lunch as working 5-10. May regret doing that but it just worked better.

So quiet on here at the mo almost didn't post but did it for me
