Autumnflower is Back for 2017 - Pictures Galore



Weigh In;
-3.5 lbs

So my taking pictures and double checking syns along with marking down foods that are speed foods seems to have all paid off!
Very pleased with this loss, as I had made a target of 2lbs, and I also compensated for my gain last week on top of it :D


WK 2: 2.25 lbs per week (4.5 total)
WK 3: 1.00 lbs per week (3 total)
WK 4: 1.62 lbs per week (6.5 total)

Not sure if I will make it, but if I lose 3lbs next week I shall be in the 9st bracket!
Also, I am only half a pound away for my half stone award!
At group I put 1.5lbs for my weekly target, but if I carry on like last week you never know :D

Tuesday 17th March

2 frozen quorn sausages [2]
- cooked then sliced
3 rachers of bacon {with fat removed}
- cut up into pieces

I made the omelet up, then added the sausages and bacon once it had mostly firmed up and plonked it on some mixed leaf salad
First time i've ever made an omelet, and I have to say it was pretty delicious! Not sure if it looks like one though haha.

I'm just going to write off the rest of the day....

I had 3 muiltipack Mini Cheddar packets [18]
and Fish (batter removed) with chips, and finished off my OH's too. [18ish]


BUT even with that fall off plan, I don't think I went crazy with calories...
I just swapped lunch for three small packets of biscuits because I couldn't be bothered to go to the shops and thats all I had in & I was starving...

Oh well, tomorrow is a new day :)

As you may have guessed by my lack of food diaries but I haven't really been on plan over the past few days as I have been at a trampolining competition over the weekend that had a charity bake sale, as well as catered lunches for anyone judging and all that jazz.

So weigh in today:
+1.5 lbs

WK 2: 2.25 lbs per week (4.5 total)
WK 3: 1.00 lbs per week (3 total)
WK 4: 1.62 lbs per week (6.5 total)
WK 5: 1.00 lbs per week (5 total)

Still averaging 1lb per week which would still put me at target for my holiday :)
I'm hoping that loss, gain, loss, gain isn't going to become a thing, cause it's slightly disheartening so I need to get my head screwed on for two weeks straight hah!

So I have saved up all syns today for a night out for a friends birthday :)
Now, I can't really tell how many syns I had as I wasn't measuring out my spirits when making my own drinks up but I'll give a quick re-cap

Morgans spiced rum [2.5 per 25ml]

Sourz shots [2.5 per 25ml]

I had lemonade as a mixer twice -
Schweppes Lemonade ( 150ml can )


I also had a fruity cocktail which I don't really know what went in it!
I think I had some beer as well, but I'm not sure how many as I was rather drunk at this point haha

I'd estimate around 40-50 syns for the evening. I'm hoping the walking and the dancing burnt off enough beer calories to make sure I get a loss this week!

I have had such a hungry day today. Like, I have been having stomach rumbles and everything. I don't think this has happened so far!
Not sure if it's related but it was also my first day at a new job. I hope I have enough food tomorow to satisfy me haha.

I even had tea as soon as I got home at around 6pm. I usually don't eat until well gone 8pm!

I'm really hoping for a good loss tomorrow, I really want to lose 2 lbs to get to my 7lb loss mark and a nice certificate :)

It was a friends birthday and we went to a lovely turkish restauraunt.
I chose a friendly meal but also ate some delicious bread

Then it was onto a night out. Mostly vodka (with full sugar pop) and one medium white wine.

This was always going to be a 'flexi' evening, but may have overdone it over the weekend.
As long as I'm straight back on track, I will still hope for a half pound loss :)

Well, I went to Meadowhall today to go shopping (bought a headband :rolleyes:) so had lunch out for the first time in ages!

Went to Nosh, and I had a jacket potato with cheese. I did leave a bit of cheese on the side as I really don't like chedder cheese, i'm a red lecister or nothing kinda gal. But i'm going to count it as 2xHEA just to make sure.

I'm going out tonight so saving all my syns for vodka and diet coke, and i've tried to cut back slightly during the week to compensate also.

OK, so the damage score!

Double Vodka & tonic (5 + 2.5)

The bar I went to ran out of diet coke! So I settled on lemonade which I looked up as 284ml as 3 syns. I have these little cans of coke that are 150ml, which fill up a tall tumbler glass, so took that as the amount put in as mixer, so around two drinks had 3 syns. I think this works out right, as I thought all non diet drinks had a ridiculously high syn count, and assumed lemonade would too? but hey ho!

After the night I shared a chicken kebab, with a friend. Had salad on it, and left my friend the pitta so not too bad. Worked this as; Large chicken kebab (meat only) on Green = (15.5) had half = Roughly 8 syns.

Then I went home and had.... a fruit salad!
*pat on back* nearly ate my b.f's chocolate buttons but resisted :D
