Friday 16th August

I lost 1.2kg this week :)

Breakfast: HEXB weetabix, 1/2 HEXA milk, strawberries, banana

Lunch: tomato and herb pasta pot, salad, carrots, orange

Dinner: mushy pea curry, savoury rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Snacks: HEXB 2 Alpen lights, 1/2 HEXA milk in coffees

Saturday 17th August

Breakfast: HEXB weetabix, 1/2 HEXA milk, banana, blueberries

Lunch: HEXB WW pitta bread, homemade hummus, carrots, salad

Dinner: baked eggs, tomato sauce, HEXA cheddar, butternut squash wedges, onion, tomatoes, sweetcorn

Snacks: 1/2 HEXA milk in coffees, orange, plus a small slice of my mums birthday cake

Sunday 18th August

Breakfast: HEXB weetabix, 1/2 HEXA milk, banana, blueberries

Lunch: pasta n sauce with 1/2 HEXA milk, salad, tomatoes

Dinner: quorn fillets in tomato sauce, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, sweetcorn, carrots, potato wedges

Snacks: HEXB 20 cashew nuts, orange

Monday 19th August

At work all day today so got a lot of snacky bits to get me through. Hopefully I'll manage to have a long walk today as well

Breakfast: spaghetti hoops, banana, orange, strawberries

Lunch: HEXB wholemeal roll, HEXA cheddar, homemade hummus, carrot sticks, pre-packed co-op garden salad

Dinner: mushy pea curry, savoury rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Snacks: HEXB ryvita minis, grapes, clementine

I managed an hours walk today as well :)

Tuesday 20th August

At work all day today and going swimming tonight so having a bigger meal at lunch time

Breakfast: spaghetti hoops, orange, banana

Lunch: Tesco light choices mushroom stroganoff - can't remember syns but think it is 5ish, grapes, peach, strawberries

Dinner: HEXB wholemeal roll, HEXA cheddar, carrot sticks, tomatoes, hummus, clementine

Snacks: HEXB ryvita minis, Total 0% yoghurt

Wednesday 21st August

Breakfast: HEXB 5 scanbran, fat free fromage frais, fruit chunks from freezer

Lunch: ended up at mums for lunch had 0% total yoghurt, 1/2 banana, strawberries, mango, nectarine

Dinner: vegetable chilli, savoury rice, runner beans, carrots

Snacks: HEXB 20 cashew nuts, HEXA milk in coffees

Thursday 22nd August

Breakfast: scrambled eggs on HEXB toast, banana, orange

Lunch: lentil loaf (HEXA cheddar), salad, grapes

Dinner: two quorn burgers, onion, pepper, carrot, tomatoes, sweetcorn, sautéed potatoes

Snacks: HEXB 6 brazil nuts, HEXA milk in coffees

Friday 23rd August

Today was my worst weigh in yet - I lost 0.6kg :-( I know it's not a bad result really, still over 1lb but I tried really hard this week, I didn't eat out at all, did more walking and went for a swim. Plus I ate sooo much super free with each meal and was really good at work. Hey - ho, it's a new week, can't have big losses every week I suppose.

Breakfast: HEXB oats, HEXA koko chocolate milk, peach, banana

Lunch: lentil loaf, salad, grapes, peach

Dinner: quorn fillets, tomato and vegetable sauce, two tinned baby potatoes

Snacks: HEXB ryvita minis, diet coke, peach - they all bl**dy well come ripe at once

Saturday 24th August

Breakfast: HEXB oats, HEXA koko chocolate milk, banana

Lunch: HEXB wholemeal roll, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, runner beans, homemade hummus

Dinner: baked eggs in leftover tomato and vegetable sauce, potato wedges, HEXA cheddar, onion, carrots, yellow pepper

Snacks: orange

Sunday 25th August

It's only half a plan today as we are going for breakfast with the in-laws. Nothing I hate more than being forced to go out to eat when I won't enjoy it, don't want too, and it messes up SW. But needs must. Not sure where we are going yet so I can't google the menu but hopefully there will be something small and egg-based to choose.

Pre-breakfast: banana, few chunks of kiwi and orange

Brunch: bl**dy disaster SW wise, won't even attempt to work out syns... 1.5 vegetarian sausages, 1.5 fried eggs, 1/2 a tomato, mushroom, 1.5 hash browns, 1/2 slice pre-buttered granary toast, a few spoonfuls of baked beans, two coffees with milk. How annoying. No one to blame but myself I know, but quite frustrating when the only vegetarian thing on the menu is a huge fry up.

Dinner: vegetable paella, quorn chicken style pieces, Salad

Snack: strawberries

Hi, I have enjoyed reading through your diary and getting some ideas. I'm starting SW on Tuesday and I like to see what you spend your sins on. You manage eating out very well and always get back to your plan. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the kind words, I'm trying hard to make it work. Not great on plan today but luckily I don't have to see the in-laws that often.
 
Monday 26th August

Breakfast: HEXB oats, HEXA koko chocolate milk, banana, strawberries

Lunch: leftover paella, HEXA cheddar, salad, carrots

Dinner: jacket potato, hummus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Snacks: orange, HEXB 20 cashew nuts, blackberries, 3 bites of birthday cake

I feel like I am doing really rubbish at staying on plan this week, even though apart from yesterday's breakfast it's not too bad really. A good weigh in this week would take me into a new stone bracket and I want it soooo badly :-(

Lunch: Ainsley harriott couscous, homemade hummus, carrot sticks, salad

Dinner: poached eggs, baked beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Snacks: HEXB Special K chewy delight bar, kiwi, orange

Hey just getting caught up on diaries congrats on the losses. You seem to be doing really well at the mo and food looks lovely. I really need to up my superfree. I wouldnt worry about not feeling on plan, you get weeks like that the trick is to keep plodding on and not fall off the wagon like i have lol. Hope u get a good loss at weigh in x
 
Thanks for the comments :) don't know why I feel I'm having such a rubbish week, life getting in the way a bit methinks. I almost can't wait until Friday so I can weigh in then start a new week.

Wednesday 28th August

Breakfast: HEXB oats, HEXA koko chocolate milk, banana, blackberries

Lunch: going to ikea for lunch with my mum, I'm not sure there will be anything SW friendly :-( but if I remember correctly there is a salad bar so I may have soup and salad, depending on what the vegetarian main meal is today

I ended up having vegetable linguine carbonara. It was very nice but I dread to think of the syns in the sauce.

Dinner: a friend is coming over for dinner tonight, i'm cooking stir fry, quorn chicken style pieces, rice, HEXB 20 cashew nuts

Even though I said I would do pudding, my friend bought viennetta with her. I had the smallest slice I could cut with lots of blackberries

Snacks: mango, strawberries

I feel really disheartened today :-( it's like I can't follow plan and eat anywhere else but home. I even invited my friend over so I didn't have to eat restaurant food this evening but then ended up having viennetta anyway so we might as well just have gone out. I can't wait until Friday so I can just weigh in and move on to next week. I've never had two meals and one pudding off plan in the same week before - dreading what the scales will say. And to top it off I'm working a 13 hour shift tomorrow :-(

At work today

Lunch: paella, HEXA Philly light, salad, carrots

Dinner: quorn fillets in tomato sauce, onion, red pepper, potato wedges, HEXA cheddar

Snacks: HEXB ryvita minis, HEXB Special K chewy delight, blackberries, grapes
