How could you, sprouts are yummy lol

Weigh day today, I hate it! I get really nervous. Really want my stone award today so eating quite light

Breakfast: Special K chewy bar (healthy b)

Lunch: wholemeal roll (healthy b) with 30g cheese (healthy a), yoghurt

Dinner: veg stir fry

Extras: galaxy (12) after weigh in

I lost 2lbs so it means I got my stone award! So ive lost a stone and 1 lbs so far, only about a thousand more to go lol x

I'm trying a success express day today, hope I manage it. My breakfast is an odd one but I wanted something filling

Breakfast: a small amount of brown rice with lots of brocolli and spinach

Snack: Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b)

Lunch: lots of lettuce (that's my idea of a salad lol) with tuna and balsamic vinegar, apple and carrot sticks, ryvita minis (healthy b)

Dinner: chicken or salmon stir fry

Extras: 30g cheese (healthy a), yoghurt if hungry, galaxy (12.5)

Syns: 12.5

Your food's looking super healthy today, so much superfree! :) Though not sure I'd fancy brocolli & spinach for breakfast, lol. Let's hope it contributes to a good loss for next week.

Thankyou, I love salmon! It's got such a lovely flavour. X

I'm going to do another success express day because I have a meal out on Friday and I'm planning to have what I want which might not necessarily be sw friendly lol x
