B_44s food diary

Had a lovely day off thanks, went really quick tho! I'm always jealous of people who aren't fussy and can eat anything, like I always wish I ate fruit (I only like green apples) but I just don't lol x

Thankyou, The vegetables were tender stem broccoli, green beans and cabbage plus mushrooms with the chicken :) x

I also don't eat much fruit. Not overly keen on apples. I do like pineapple though, & fresh mango. But I'm too lazy to prepare them, lol.

That's the thing with slimming world/healthy stuff isn't it, lots if things do take a long time to prep and when you can't be bothered its hard work lol. Do you have a diary? :) x
 
Green day today

Breakfast: all bran choc crunch (healthy b) and natural yoghurt

Lunch: 2 dippy eggs and 2 free quorn sausages, latte made used 250ml milk (healthy b) and Douwe egberts vanilla (tea spoon of sugar and 2 syns of cream, 3 syns)

Early dinner: the bland vegetable curry from the other week with veg rice (mushrooms included lol)

Snacks: yoghurt, ryvita minis with 30g cheddar (healthy a and b), gahaxy counters (9)

Syns: 12

Extra easy today

Breakfast: baked beans and half healthy a cheese

Lunch: subway salad with lettuce Sweetcorn and jalapeños and chicken plus cheese other half of healthy a (they only give a tiny amount!), ryvita minis (healthy b)

Dinner: chicken, tagliatelle and vegetables

Extras: yoghurt, galaxy bubbles 9 syns

Syns: 9
 
Managed to get invited round for dinner at my parents for dinner again, maybe they feel sorry for me lol. Tagliatelle and pasta n sauce... Pasta overload lol

Yeah, I do. I'm kind of doing a SW / 5:2 hybrid, lol. As I can never stick to my syns for the week, so find this suits me better. My diary's in the SW food diaries section.

Brunch: 2 poached eggs and spaghetti hoops

Lunch/snacks: carrot sticks, skinny latte (healthy a), yoghurt, apple

Dinner: quorn bologneise with lots of vegetables and 30g cheese (healthy a)

Extras: natural yoghurt with all bran chocolate crunch and Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b's), galaxy bubbles (9)

Can you believe it's Sunday already? :( I want another bank holiday weekend!

Lunch: bf made me prawn and egg fried rice but he made loads so saved the other half for dinner
