p/trest is really easy once you get used to it. just make diff boards for what you interested in such as i have a 'slimming worldie' for sw food and stuff and 'virtual recipe board' for all the fatty stuff lol

just had to down two cups of water im so thirsty. Think i went a bit overboard on the soy sauce on my stirfy. Need to slow down on it i think i use a huge bottle in like 4 servings... need to tone it down xx

Yes it can be pretty salty. I've got a real thing for Worcestershire sauce Atm. I've been putting it in most things I cook x

i can't have worcestshire sauce because it has anchovies in but i wish i could used to love it... that advert with the lee and perrins on cheese on toast oooooooooooooooofffffff

Ooo I'll have a look tomorrow on the laptop. I want a big day page ha! I'm not engaged yet but we've been together 4 1/2 years and I wanna get married NOW haha. I love soy sauce put it in loads of things. I'm loving that chilli balsamic glaze that I got from your shop too it's lovely x x

Are you veggie then? Apparently there's a veggie alternative. Yes still do adverts yes still going. I used to live near the old factory as originally a Worcestershire girl lol x
