yeah i have my lunch for tomo and lots of soup so no excuse really.

a woman at work has told me about a running club nearby (garston for the scousers hehe) which is only a £1
BUT they do 7k in an hour.... im not sure i can keep up.... i may have a mad moment and go tomo but i doubt it haha

Still sore but the roof of my mouth isnt as rough so the ulcers must be healing. Ive taken 2 codeine for the headache cos thats not shifting at all :-(

Bloody infections who would have em eh lol

Aw Mondays a new day you can get back to it!! Had a fab weekend not food wise but fun wise lol. Hmmm I'm so not a runner can't even run up the stairs lol. I do wanna start doing some exercise though. Might start going to some classes in the aquatic centre. I've been to Zumba there before that was really good! Xx

Yeah I can't really afford to join at the minute. Also not sure if I'll go enough yet. Thinking if I do a few classes and then get the big again I'll join properly! I need to do something too, I'm so lazy it's not even funny! Drive everywhere as well lol x

Hey yeah nearly finished its flew in today what have you been doing???

Went to the three store today and told them my phone wouldnt charge and that id tried every charger and it still wouldnt.. he put one in and it charged!!!!! Grrr looked a fool I did hehe

So bought one off ebay hopefully it will come tomo...
